We send in our schedule for the season to the company and within a week of traveling, we send an itinerary for what the traveling day will look like! Our most recent trip with Coastal Limo was for conference tournament. Our scheduled day was Thursday - Sunday. We had our driver for the time being but then was switched last minute! Our new driver was Mr. Al! Upon arrival, Mr. Al was informed that the schedule would fluctuate due to weather and outcomes of games! He had no issue with being super available and flexible for us! The first day of the tournament was canceled due to inclement weather which caused an additional day to our stay and Mr. Al was on standby for us most of the day. He was excited, patient and happy to do what was asked! He would take us to all the places and help with load/unload the bus. He encouraged our players and ensured we would come out the tournaments as winners! He would come watch the games and celebrate the smalls wins with us! We ended us winning the conference tournament and we want to thank Mr. Al for being our driver! He helped our trip go smoothly and his encouragement was very much felt! I highly recommend Mr. Al for your future trips with this company!

My husband and I had a horrible experience with Coastal for our airport transfers. We wanted our…read moretrip to be as low stress as possible so we planned ahead and booked with coastal. The drive to the hotel was great, until we arrived. We were left on the sidewalk - no better than an Uber. If you pay for an executive car service you expect to be dropped at the front door, not hike it half a block with your bags. I was willing to let that go until our return trip four days later. We never received a confirmation email, text or driver arrival text as we did on our arrival. It didn't occur to me until midnight and I hardly slept. Our car was scheduled for 6am on a Sunday. I was absolutely panicked and thankfully the concierge was able to call a taxi. As we made our way downstairs to catch a cab, a car from coastal shows up for us. At that point I would have rather taken a cab. The driver gave a halfhearted excuse and away we sped (literally). We did eventually receive the confirmation email for the trip... at 7:30am. That same morning I called to let them know how disappointed we were in the transfers. They said perhaps my email address or phone number was entered incorrectly (it was not, I received my other confirmations 4 day prior). I was promised an expedient return call to resolve the issue and never received one. I thought perhaps they would comp me the cost of one transfer but they decided today to charge me for the second trip. Save yourself the stress and money: book and Uber to your hotel, and ask your hotel to book a taxi for the ride to the airport.

I am writing to formally report a complaint about a bus driver, operating Route 10 bus number 4511…read moreon Friday, March 20, 2026. Approximately 1500 hours (3:00 pm), the driver approached bus stop at Rivers Ave/Remount NB where my husband and I were awaiting pickup according to the transit app. The driver's behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and discriminatory and caused discomfort to my husband and I. My husband is a Retired VA 100 percent disabled U.S. Veteran. "On 20 March at approximately 1500 hours the driver responded rudely and dismissively: "I am not picking up passengers, only dropping off". I approached the entrance with full busfare in hand. I understood her refusing to allow my husband and I on the transit. Respectfully I greeted the driver and entered our fare into the register. She then sarcastically asks my husband to disassemble our small carryon wagon holding a bag of dogfood for our service dogs at home. As we unloaded before entering fully onto the bus the driver raised her voice at me demanding " help him I'm in a hurry, you should have already taken that out". Several passengers sitting near the back began yelling slanders at my husband and I. The driver took No action to maintain control of her passengers conduct. We, my husband and I took our seat at the front right and continued the route in a composed and respectful manner to reach our destination. We feel the said driver's conduct was rude and unprofessional and even Unconstitutional. We are asking for a formal investigation into the driver's conduct; additional driver training on safety and customer service and an apology or compensation for those effected.

The four star rating is only because the bus was late. But that is only because the bus was having some mechanical issues. If your traveling, the public bus system is great to use. Your smart phone will help you navigate where to walk, what bus stop to wait at and what bus number you should be on. Save money by using the bus. Fares are only $2.00.

I told them I didn't want two different kinds of buses b/c that wasn't what we paid for, but they refused to return the $950 deposit for the one vintage bus that wasn't having mechanical issues. We are going with a different company to have two matching trolleys, and LCV refuses to give us a refund despite the fact that they aren't giving us what we paid for. Horrible customer service.

Planning was extremely easy with these guys, they were reliable and not only on-time but early! Of course, that didn't mean they were eager to leave ahead of time, it was all for the sake of preparedness. Alice, driven by Darvin, was magical. We experienced roads we've been on hundreds of times for the first time riding in her backseat. Darvin drove carefully and comfortably from John's Island to Downtown Charleston- about 45 minutes. The whole time we were enchanted by the starry sky, the breeze through our hair, and the era-appropriate jazz music playing through the radio. It truly was a cherry on top one of the greatest days of my life, and writing this review is the least I can do to remember it. While I didn't ride in the shuttle myself, it stuck out to me as unique and many of the guests appreciated both its convenience and the way it set the mood for the evening for our guests, allowing them to also meet one another before the event. Can't say enough good things about our experience with LowCountry Valet. Really hope we can find some reason to use their service again soon!
