Someone at their office named Kenny sent me an email back within minutes letting me know they had cancelled the reservation and that I would be refunded. When I returned from vacation two weeks later, the refund had not yet processed, so I emailed Kenny at his company email. Mailtrack (an app for Gmail) indicated that Kenny read the email within the hour. No response. I sent another email the next day. Kenny read it within the hour. No response.
