She agreed and arrived in the monsoon like weather. She picked us up on Daniel Island and headed for Market Street. She kept up the conversation and had everyone laughing from the moment we got in the car. She even gave us an impromptu tour around the battery and told us some of the best stories we've ever heard about the great town of Charleston. I was hoping that she would mention this recipe book that I read about in other reviews and she did not disappoint. Almost on cue, she handed each of us her famous recipes. And when we started to get a little rowdy she even offered to get a "switch" after us. Anyone from the south knows how serious it is to be warned with switch. Ms. Lorraine was great! She took great care of us told us to be careful and have fun. Next time I'm in town, I will definitely call her up.

You could be in no better hands to transport you when you are in the Charleston area! Our airline moved our flight up four hours ahead of schedule! I called Miss Lorraine and she jumped in her transport van and in 30 minutes, even in all the traffic, she picked us up at our hotel front and got us to airport in perfect time. It's rare that you meet such a lovely person that is so kind and engaging! When I go back to Charleston I pray she's still in business Thank you Miss Lorraine I'll never forget how much you helped us and were the cherry on the Sunday of our trip! R.Drake

We called him when the tour was over and he said that he would pick us up in about twenty minutes, half an hour passed so we phoned him again , this time he gave an excuse that the traffic was heavy on the bridge which was not true . After about another forty five minutes we phoned again but he did not answer his phone and it went to the answering service. I also noticed a $1.00 authorization charge on my American Express card to verify the payment method. Everything appeared confirmed and in order. At 10:00 p.m. Saturday night, I emailed to verify that they had my cell phone number. Instead of a simple confirmation, I received a phone call at 11:55 p.m. informing me that my reservation had been canceled earlier in the week. The problem: nobody ever notified me. No email. No phone call. No voicemail. They simply canceled the reservation internally while leaving me with a confirmation number and every reason to believe I had transportation scheduled. With only five hours until pickup time, it was impossible to secure another car service, and Uber availability at my location was extremely limited that early in the morning. As a result, I missed my flight, missed a Mother's Day family dinner, and had to pay $340 to rebook my ticket. When I called the company the next business day seeking an explanation, I was transferred between three different people and ultimately never received a return call or email. Mistakes happen. Failing to notify a customer that you've canceled a confirmed reservation, especially for an airport pickup, is unacceptable. Failing to follow up afterward is even worse. I would never trust this company for transportation where timing matters.
