Returning the car was a little confusing since I had to do it on off hours (I flew out early) and the rental car company I used didn't really give me those instructions. But I figured it out. The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.
