Wish I could give zero stars. I had surgery on my hand, and mom flew into town to take care of me. On the morning she was to fly back, she needed to have a taxi take her to the airport. I called one place, and he recommended that I call you. I called and asked for someone to be at my apartment at 3:00am. I reiterated how important it was that they be on time seeing as she had to catch a flight. He reassured me that they do this all the time. He took down my address and phone number. So I figured ok, one less thing to worry about. At 2:50 we started looking out the window in hopes of maybe an early arrival. We looked again and again all the way up to 3:00. I again told mom, let's wait till 3:10, giving them a grace period just in case. Then proceeded to call 4 times with no answer. Eventually angrily gave up, and against surgeons orders, just drove her myself. Thanks for nothing. I know how much word of mouth is worth around here being in the customer service industry myself. Trust me, I will tell others that when they have the choice to not choose your cab company. read more
