I constantly called / texted to change the itinerary & he was fine the entire time. He was a total gentleman - we all greatly appreciated his help getting in & out of the limo especially in high heels. I'm positive he supported my entire body weight a couple times & I was happy he was able too lol Communication was great. Price was competitive. Limo was clean. Water & champagne glasses provided. 3 main suggestions I'd have is to get better options for charging devices. He had a solution but it wasn't ideal - especially for a group our size. The stereos would shift often & was annoying but we also had the music up really loud...so that could've totally been our bad. Last, I was trying to get a VIP table at a nightclub & Tim was supposed to handle that part & confirmed that he had - but when we got there, that wasn't the case. The driver showed up @ 7:33 and because of this I missed the window to check my luggage and had to pay an extra $100 to take the next flight 12 hours later. I also had to eat the money I spent on the hotel I had booked when I landed because I would have arrived too late to check in. Then when I called the company to let them know, the woman who answered the phone had the nerve to say I wasn't there at the hotel when their driver showed. But wait.........5 minutes after their driver was supposed to be there, the front desk called them and stated that I was waiting for my 7am cab, when was someone arriving? ASAP was the response. Do not use this cab company if you need to be somewhere within a specific window of time. That someone is unable to show up with 10 hours notice is nonsense and you would essentially guarantee yourself a missed flight or have to throw your bag in the trash if you want to have the trip you planned and paid for.
