I needed a ride home from a hospital medical emergency at 1:00 a.m. in the morning. No answer, no call back, the message is to continue calling until they answer. Guess what, THEY NEVER ANSWER. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will never call these people again. The security guard at the hospital finally helped me with an UBER which I did not know how to do. Believe me, an UBER is much cheaper and more reliabe than a Taxi service. At least UBER is reliable and they show up and make sure you are safe. Forget this place and their smoking stinking cars and not answering phone calls from paying customers.
