They assured me they would have an infant carrer available for our shuttle. When we left the airport, they had a decent Graco unit for my son, but the driver put ZERO effort in to installing it. I overlooked this and did the installation myself using LATCH. On the return trip to the airport, the driver showed up with a BOOSTER SEAT! I was livid. Absolutely unacceptable service. Zero concern for the safety of their young passengers. I will never use Mrytle Beach Transporation again.
