Got to their website and scheduled a pickup. Within 10 minutes of filling out the web form I a received a call from their scheduler confirming the details. Nice! The day of the airport ride I waited a few minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup, and here comes City Cab, right on time, if not even a few minutes ahead of time. Nice! Corbin was the driver; a super nice guy, got me to airport by the shortest route along with some friendly conversation. Nice! This was a great experience overall. If you need a reliable cab service in the Myrtle Beach area this is the go-to place. I'll use them again when the need arises.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I will never call these people again. The security guard at the hospital finally helped me with an UBER which I did not know how to do. Believe me, an UBER is much cheaper and more reliabe than a Taxi service. At least UBER is reliable and they show up and make sure you are safe. Just left us there. We called several times to find out where they were to have them just refuse our calls.
