We went Saturday night and bob was amazing. It was funny and fun. Best instructor. I was nervous but after about 20 minutes I was all good to go. The tour felt hours long even though it was just an hour and a half. Bob left us zoom around the parking lot after the tour. I would highly recommend. We did the sports complex and are actually booking Friday night for a different location of theirs. read more

The experience is worth it, but our guide Bob was very bad. I normally don't write person related reviews but I have to do it.

This small business is amazing and everyone we talked to was great. The trips are well thought out, informative and the ones that include food are amazing. We do this Everytime we come down. Love you guys read more

We had an awesome time on our tour! Bob did an amazing job instructing us on how to ride the Segway and he was knowledgeable and fun during the ride. Highly recommend this outing!! All 8 of us would do it again. read more

I have done about 10 trips with Bob. I've done the Sports complex, Huntington Beach and the Market Commons. Every time we have family and friends come down, we always are sure to have them experience this great tour. I highly recommend it! Bob does a fantastic job with the history of Huntington Beach, and the dinner tour is a lot of fun with great food. read more

Bob our guide was excellent! He took his time with me until I was comfortable on the Segway. Our son and his fiancée went to the Huntington Beach tour and enjoyed it so much we went on the North Myrtle sporting complex one today. They have a Market commons one which is a wine and dine one. That's our next adventure! Thanks for a wonderful time and we will definitely be back. read more

We took a progressive dinner tour - 'Ride and Dine' The trip was a pleasant newer urban area, mainly off street besides a few crossings, which included park paths and war monuments. We stopped at three different restaurants- appetizer, main course, then dessert. All were unique and the food was delicious. Bob- our tour guide was great & easy to talk to. read more

This adventure is a great time. You're outside in a state park, riding a Segway and seeing everything pretty much effortlessly. The tour guide was great. We'd do this again. read more

Wanted something fun and different for our family reunion in North Myrtle beach, and this hit the mark. GG and Bob were great, giving us a training session before the 11 of us hit the nature trail, which was flat and wide so no worry of not having enough room or challenging terrain. Everyone in our group enjoyed it and we had a blast. read more

Highlight of our vacation. It was a unique way to visit Huntington State Park. The birds, alligators and the scenery was perfect. Our tour guide Bob was great in making sure our whole family was safe and comfortable in operating the Segway. He was also knowledgeable on the park history and the stops were well timed. Loved the photos opportunities that Bob took of our family. read more

I can't say enough how much my family enjoyed our time on the Segway tour. To start, because of my daughter's age we stopped into the office to see if she'd be able to handle the Segway safely. Aaron, was very good at showing her around the Segway and doing a test ride to be sure of her safety. He went the extra mile to try to schedule us on a tour where we wouldn't be with others in case she needed more guidance. Well..it turned out she was a whiz on the Segway and our family thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Huntington Beach state park with Jack. Jack was a great teacher. He taught us the basics first, to get off/on, the how to turn and stop and change terrain on the 45 degree angle. He then taught us a bit more as we went along. I liked that, as it wasnt over whelming. He was fantastic. Huntington Beach is beautiful and we had a ball riding the segways. I don't think Ive ever been on a tour and had so much fun. Jack took us through so many different parts of the park. We went up and down inclines, on bridges, alligator alley and then off-roading in a forest trail. All this and we learned a lot of history and biology too! Our thanks to everyone at Myrtle Beach Segways! read more

First let me say Bear our guide offered us the option of a refund when we arrived. It was raining pretty hard at the time but In watching the radar we knew it would likely stop soon. And it was just our party of 4 in the tour so we all said what the heck let's do this. Bear offered us free plastic ponchos and off we went. He did an good job with safety instruction thru out the tour, gave us information about the park and park owners and took our group pics often. The only thing I think they need to either provide or inform the guest is mosquito repellent. Lots of mosquitoes and in some places we stopped they were swarming on us. We had to keep moving to not be eaten up. But moving is fun so off we'd go. My husband and I were trying to find fun things to do with our friends who were visiting and we all loved this experience. read more

We had a great time on our Segway tour! Bob was very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. We saw alligators, learned about the Huntingtons and what they did with all their money in the early 1900's, went off-roading (which we had never done on Segways before), and overall, just had a blast. Couldn't recommend MB Segway tours to any greater degree, and if we could give them 10 stars, we would have! read more

Great tour very interesting and fun. History, wildlife and lots of gators. Guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

The tour was excellent and the guide did a great job and took some nice video of us on the Segways.

Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed this tour. It was a highlight of our trip to Myrtle Beach. My teenage sons were concerned it was going to be miserable because of the heat and the helmets. But there was nothing bad about it. The segway was fun to ride/drive and the breeze while moving the segway cooled you off and many areas were shaded. I was applauded for choosing to schedule this tour for the family trip. I highly recommend it! read more

Fabulous Segway tour of the park. Barry was a great instructor and lots of fun to ride with. We will definitely do this again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach. read more

We had a blast! The segways were easy to get used to and riding all around market commons and seeing the beautiful homes and landscape was very enjoyable. We rented for an hour but was having so much fun we rode for two. We did not do the tour we just rented and went on our own. read more

We had a great time in Huntington Beach State Park. They did training and insured everyone was good to go. They provide helmets and lead the way. It was a little muddy so we didn't get to go down some trails. But actually I enjoyed the higher speed on concrete. We saw an 2 alligators And herons. But since most of the action was on the causeway you really don't need the Segway but they're a lot of fun To try out. A little pricey but it's Myrtle Beach. Don't forget $8 to get into the park. read more

Barry (Bear) was a great tour guide. Very informative and knowledgeable!! Was a great time and it flew by so fast. Would totally recommend!! Learned a lot about the local wildlife and community!! read more

We did the segway tour in Huntington Beach State Park, and it was really fun! Angie was a great guide, mixing instruction with humor and knowledge, and the park is beautiful this time of year. We made our reservation over the phone, and then met the group and paid right there at the park. Signed, the "Love Bugs" read more

Map location is wrong on yelp - other direction on Howard Ave. Great prices, nice guides and staff. We did a tour of Huntington state park and it was very impressive - we learned a lot and got some great pics. We also did a self rental around Market Common - so many beautiful things to see and new things coming in! read more

This was an awesome adventure. The guide was very patient and informative. This was our first time but it won't be our last.

Bad experience. Do not recommend as manager pretends to be nice guy but his actions show otherwise. He made a very rude comment to me. Rent something elsewhere. . Your feet will kill you as well after 30 minutes. Not recommended if you are looking for an enjoyable and relaxing experience read more

Worth every penny! Most fun I've had in ages! Jack was an excellent teacher and tour guide. The park was wonderful. Full of history and critters. We saw several gators and numerous birds. I'll definitely being going again! It's a bit hard to stand for two hours but Jack stopped enough to keep us from getting too uncomfortable. Being an old, disabled, retiree, I was afraid it would be too much for me but I couldn't stop smiling the whole time. I was sore the next day but not too bad. Best activity ever!!! read more

I've taken Segway tours every place I've visited that offer them and this was the first I've been disappointed in. Bear was our guide and chose to wait 20 minutes for the party of 5 that was late and did not honor the 3 of us who came on time (and even early). The 5 included some younger people and he kept them up front close to him, so the three of us who were there first, missed much of the narrative that started before we caught up with the group. Bear did not curtail his language, especially with the young people in our group, very offensive. Most of the information was interesting, not so much the personal information about Bear, and of course the Park is absolutely beautiful. The very first time I didn't tip the guide. TIP = "to insure promptness". read more

This was an excellent day trip. We rode the Segways at Huntington Beach State Park with the lovely hour guide Angie. She was amazing. She informed us of the basic Segway riding technique in a very short amount of time to insure that we had ample time to ride. We rode all over the park and Angie even took us off-roading! When we crashed, Angie was there to save us and get is back on. Make sure to request Angie! read more

We are in our 60's and were concerned with being able to ride the segways. We were on vacation and I was not pleased with the pressure to book ahead of time. They are very forthcoming that they will not refund your money, so we did not book until we were they and could see that the weather was predicted to be pretty nice. Our guide was great and our fears regarding our ability to take this ride were totally unfounded. Aaron was patient with us and a really good instructor. Safety was his number one goal and making sure we relaxed and enjoyed the ride were number two. He was very knowledgeable and the ride with him was truly the highlight of our trip! read more

Had a blast! Eric was our guide and he was too much fun. Toured the park, had races, and learned about the area. One of the best Segway tours we've been on read more

This was great fun for the five of us from ages 13-47 Sam was a great teacher we had a great time touring the state park.

Awesome day! We took 16 middle aged to young adults on a corporate retreat in mid-February for 3 nights. We love having fun and new activities. During our online search, we came across the Segway tours. The owner was excellent to deal with as they normally only allow up to 8 people on the Huntington State Park segway tour but he called and was able to work out an exception being that it was really the offseason. We broke up into 2 groups of 8. The tour guides, Angie and Aaron were fantastic! None of us had ever been on a segway so there were some of us that were pretty nervous. Not only did the guides train us and allow us to feel very comfortable, but they were able to pace the tour that all riding skills had a great time! After touring the entire State Park, we went on some off road trails which were great! Nobody fell, even though I ran over the tires of a couple of colleagues in my best attempt to fall! I would strongly recommend this tour and Myrtle Beach Segway! read more

I visited Myrtle Beach this weekend and had a wonderful experience at Myrtle Beach Segway. Aaron was very helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming. He is also very knowledgeable and patient in showing patrons how to use the Segway. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone who wants something fun to do. Best Segway experience!!! I strongly recommend this company!!!

Our experience with Myrtle Beach Segway was the highlight of our trip. We all tried this for the first time and were very happy with this company and the whole experience. They don't require you to pay in advance so there is no cancellation fee. You pay upon arrival (cash or credit card). The guide was very friendly and made learning easy. He stayed right there with us in case any of us struggled but it was much easier and more fun than we expected. Highly recommend this. read more

Great tour of Huntington Beach state park with Jack. So much wonderful history- very informative! The Segway was a blast to ride and we will be back next year read more

I strongly recommend the segway tour of North Myrtle Beach. It was very easy to learn how to drive and steer a segway. Because segways have a top speed of 13mph, the speed of a bike, it is safe yet exhilarating. Phil, the tour guide did an excellent job taking us through the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports complex. He is very patient and a great instructor. He showed each of us how to drive a segway in a very short time and we were on our way. We went around the big lake where water ski activities took place, the amphitheaters and nature trails. We saw all kinds of wildlife including a large turtle and cranes. NNB park is a beautiful place to explore and a place I have never been to, despite going to MB for many years. One tip is to watch a youtube video on how to drive a segway before going, which makes the learning experience faster and smoother. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. read more

Awesome awesome awesome. This place is the best. Aaron is a great teacher and helped us quickly learn. The ride is great and we'll be back.
