A lot of roofers are quick to tell you that you need a full roof replacement. Coby is the opposite -- he gives you a true, honest opinion and does everything he can to save you money from unnecessary work. He takes the time to find the real source of the leak and shows you the proof. It's very hard to find a dependable roofer, especially when you have a two‑story house and can't get up there yourself.
