Communication was consistent the entire way through, which made a big difference. I always knew where things stood without having to follow up or chase updates. Nahal and Aria were standouts throughout the entire experience. Nahal is extremely knowledgeable and made the insurance side of things feel effortless. She handled the claim, coordinated directly with the insurance company, and kept everything moving without delays. Aria kept me informed at every step and explained things in a way that actually made sense. They were on top of every detail, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Picking up the car was the part that really set everything apart. I was genuinely impressed. The finish was flawless, the paint match was exact, and the overall workmanship was extremely clean. There were no shortcuts taken -- everything looked precise and well done. The car didn't just look repaired, it looked like it had never been damaged in the first place. I honestly took a minute just looking it over because of how well it came out. They also delivered on timing, which is rare. The car was ready when they said it would be, and everything was completed as promised. Overall, CBS Auto Body Shop delivers on quality, professionalism, and follow-through. The work speaks for itself, and the level of organization and communication makes the entire process a lot easier than expected.

I show up and they say "we will make your car look brand new, like you just drove off the lot" and two weeks later that's exactly what I got! They kept me updated with an easy link to see how much everything was going to cost and how soon it would be ready. It was ready a day early and because I was out of town, these guys drove it to my place and parked it! Literally 12/10 service. Also they have a shop cat named Oreo who is really cute.

I dropped my 2016 Jeep Wrangler off here for a repair estimate after a rear-end collision. The…read morefirst estimate left out one of the two damaged parts entirely, and the bumper part that was listed was the wrong material and color for my vehicle. After I flagged this with my insurance adjuster, the shop issued a revised estimate, but the replacement parts were still wrong: a black bumper instead of my vehicle's original bronze one, and a red tow hook that does not match my Jeep at all. When I came to pick up my vehicle before authorizing any repairs, I was told I owed $138 for the estimate, though I don't recall being given a written estimate or signing an authorization for that specific charge when I dropped the vehicle off. My insurance adjuster ended up covering the fee so I could get my Jeep back. I was glad to get my vehicle back without repairs I didn't approve, but between the repeated part errors and the surprise charge, this was a frustrating experience.

Sadly I had a fender bender with my older car that State Farm decided to then total over fairly minimal body damage. They were incredibly patient as I worked out the process with insurance, Katherine assisted in getting an appraiser out and getting me over to a rental. Tom helped go over my options with me and gave fantastic advice on dealing with insurance and the best option. In the end, I decided to pay out of pocket because of the issues with State Farm and rescinded my claim. I know I could have bought it back salvaged but I had my reasons. Tom worked with me on parts and fixing what was necessary to help with my budget. They went above and beyond and even helped to fix some dents on a panel I did not want to replace to make it the best we could. I got my car back and I cannot believe how great it looks! They also detailed it for free and I felt bad as I delivered it in quite a state having gone to Joshua Tree the weekend before with it so it was very dusty. Honestly you could not find a better body shop and I highly recommend them! They are honest and genuine, and the work is spectacular. I was recommended to them by Dan from NH Auto Repair who usually services my car and is also a great shop. Thank you thank you thank you!
