She is funny, bubbly and makes me feel super comfortable, which I think means a lot when you genuinely like the person wielding the laser gun that is inflicting you with pain. After a bad experience at another electrolysis place in town I reached out to Nataliya. She was very thorough with her questions and explanation of everything on my first consult. I've been going through the process of electrolysis with her for 6 months now. I received a text the day before in the even saying an error on their part can I do 1pm. Replied back no and my appoint was canceled. I tried to call to see about the cancellation and was told they are with a customer and can I text them. The owner texted back saying they were short staffed and other excuses for the cancellation. I inquired how can they make this right because I was upset about the whole situation. I was told they gave me an alternate time and I declined it and have a good day.
