We haven't seen our friends in a while and thought this would be an amazing gathering place! We can hit the range and catch the SNF Rams vs. Broncos game. We booked the middle room for SNF on September 27, 2026 from 2PM-6PM (4 hours). The ad also said to bring your own food so we decided to pick up some KJ's on the way to Bayview. When we arrived, the room was stocked with range balls and we also ordered some beers, chips and salsa, and cheesesticks. The Rams/Broncos game ended up being a fun watch and we had a great time hitting range balls and catching up. Our friend snuck away to pay the bill. Later on, we discovered the bill came out to about $476 after tax. Our friend added on a generous $82 tip for a total of about $558. Here is what future visitors should know (TL;DR This is a Scam): 1. Scamview Driving Range charged us $75/hour even though we mentioned the NFL discount in both the phone conversations and email confirmation bookings. The Instagram ad says "50% discount" and states a rate of $37.50/hour. We booked this room because we interpreted that to mean 50% off of $37.50 = $18.75/hour 2. The ad clearly states "bring your own food or order from us." Scamview said Oh yeah? Eat this $30 outside food fee too. The ad doesn't mention this extra charge. Btw, we ordered food and drinks from Scamview 3. We were also charged a higher price on range balls that we were specifically told to get from the staff 4. When we inquired about all of this, the Scamview worker pushed back, made excuses, and was confrontational 5. Our friend tipped $82 on the inflated, overcharged, fraudulent bill. The only service the workers provided was to bring us the overpriced range balls. Be better.

The fried chicken though, easily the star of the show. So damn good. My partner got the oxtail soup, which was alright. To end the meal we got one of their crunch cake, and I wasn't even hungry but we crushed this. Safe to say we enjoyed it. The service here was great. I think the prices match the portions here. Aside from that, we had a great time and played pretty well. The overall vibe was relaxed, and it still felt like a fun experience rather than overly stressful. The room was comfortable, had a great lanai, mini fridge, nice shower with super hot water! I booked a two Queen City view and was upgraded to a higher floor but it only had one bed. My husband and I had our two young kids so I asked the front desk if they could bring a cot for the kids. We really enjoyed the pool deck, the pool is great sized and shallow, it's 4 feet throughout. They have a small jacuzzi. There's a bar that serves food but closes at sunset. My kids loved the mini golf!! It is a legit course. There was also a large connect 4 game. And the fire pits were so nice at night. We watched the Magic show in the hotel which was excellent! We checked out the bar Casamigos on the 37th floor for a drink and it was cool, with live music. Hotel location is great, lots of shopping and restaurants and beach within 5 minutes from hotel. We would totally stay here again.

Even though his full name is in his email (which they sent the confirmation email to) and he's spelled it out about 3-4 times/phone conversation. This is how Hilton Waikiki treats their veterans.

The valet staff was friendly and efficient and everyone we interacted with was welcoming. Unfortunately, the room didn't match what I'd expect from a Hyatt Regency. There was a leaking bathroom faucet, a chipped sink, rust and water damage around the bathroom door, dark buildup around the shower fixture, heavily stained blackout curtains, visible dust and debris under the bed and dark spotting inside the bathroom vanity where clean towels were stored. The room also had numerous scuffs, patched walls and signs of deferred maintenance throughout. The location and staff saved the stay, but the condition of the room fell well below the standard I'd expect from this brand, especially at this price point.
