Watch out for their new Botox guy. He botched my Botox by shooting in the wrong spots in my forehead. It lower one eyebrow and jacked up my other. When I went in to get it fixed he argued with me about it like it was my fault!! There's no arguing this very poor job...but he did! They ended up sending me to a plastic surgeon to try and fix the problem. It's better but not great. I appreciate the Manager trying to fix the matter but I would never go back to this injector again! read more

Started receiving laser treatment here about 7-8 months ago and absolutely love it! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and definitely makes you feel comfortable. The receptionist is friendly and always finds a way to squeeze me in on the weekends due to my busy schedule during the week. I recently started using their pigment bar to help lighten dark areas and already see a slight difference. New Look offers great deals and great customer service! 07/27/22 Updated review. Went from 5 stars to 3 stars. Recently I noticed they have a lot of new faces in the office. When I went for my last and final treatment for my full face, the tech did not put a popsicle stick over my eye brows and now my left eye brow has a chunk of hair missing. I do understand the hair will grow back, but for someone like me who struggles to grow eye brow hair, this is beyond frustrating. I have been trying to grow my eye brows out for two years. This is exactly why customers should be able to pick their technicians and not have someone random. The manager did contact me to apologize, but that isn't going to help the hair grow back. We all know eyes brows make a ladies face. When your eye brows are done it's just WOW. With the patch of hair missing, I do feel insecure and as of today there still isn't any hair growing back. Not even a teeny tiny piece of hair. Update: 09/06/22 Went from 3 stars to 1 star. The patch of hair still hasn't brown. My eye brow looks extremely thin. This is extremely frustrating.... read more

Laser hair removal is one of the greatest beauty investments I've ever made. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to shaving and also don't like what other forms of hair removal does to my skin- my face in particular. This has been a wonderful mostly permanent solution. I was introduced to New Look from a Groupon deal and opted to buy a full face package. I did my research prior to purchasing it as I was concerned about burn marks and poor results. I haven't regretting my decision to use them and have in fact added other packages. This is the only place that I have ever been to that is always on time. I have never had to wait to go back for my appointment time. Ryan has been my go to esthetician and listens to my concerns about where I've felt my results weren't as consistent and spent more time targeting those areas. Love this place. It was good BUT... After being told I would need only need 6-9 sessions for laser on my Brazilian to see full results I bought two packets of 6 (12 total) it's been almost a year since I completed all 12 sessions and still have had hair since then. I completed more than I was told and never missed a session. I noticed that in some sessions they wouldn't do as hard of a level as other times so my hair wouldn't fall out the same. I'm assuming this is because they wanted me to buy more sessions since they would continuously try to convince me to buy more every time I went. I would let the staff know of my concerns whenever I wasn't seeing results and they would just apologize. I give them 3 starts because everyone was nice and I do see a difference, it's just not the difference I was promised. read more
