I went here to have a consultation for a laser service. The receptionist was quick to give me the paperwork to fill out and was friendly enough. However, at the time I visited, you could not wait inside the actual office, you had to stand in the lobby. This was because of covid of course. There was nothing in the lobby either, so it was a bit awkward just standing there, with several other people. They called when they were ready for you to come in. However, when I got there, it was closed, and opened at the same time I had my appointment scheduled for which was a bit weird, and likely added to the wait. The frustrating thing for me was taking time out of my schedule to come here, when it could have been explained on the phone that other than a chemical peel, they really cant offer laser services to anyone darker than an average white complected person. They use the Fitzpatrick scale, from what was explained to me, but this literally could have saved us both time, had that asked these questions prior to my visit. That really annoyed me. Obviously I wont be back...but they might work out great for you. read more

I bought a package and I will say the staff is friendly and explain procedure accordingly however, they mismanage time slots and don't adhere to them. I've waited 20 mins for my first appointment and 25 minutes for my 2nd appointment. I don't really want to come back because of this. The actual service is quicker than waiting for your appointment. I've been to other laser removal places and it wasn't run like this. They also push for more services HEAVILY, to which is a big turn off for me. read more

Consultation was the best I was treated, there after you just go in and take care of your appointment. Ladies are friendly and push for sales or prepaying for another set of services and products. I went for full body hair removal, prepaid 8 session. The technicians are rushed to complete their service to you . Knock on the door to tell them they need the room, as if the service was free. Results from hair removal in areas are patchy ( from the rushed service). Under chin new hair thick growth came out after the service. It's a drive for me which I was fine with until I got sick and wasn't able to go anymore. I reached out and didn't get a response on refunding prepaid services. Reaching out for a response shouldn't be hard but with the service I can't recommend. read more
