They rushed even though I had an appointment & arrived 10 minutes early. I didn't feel comfortable at all. First thing Leticia said to me is "Do you tan, you look tan?" No, I never tan. Then she says I'm only booked for 2 areas. It's been since April 2025 since I had a touch up. When I called I told the person on the phone 4 areas. Each area had only a little to treat. My upper lip needed the most treatment & is a small area. She says well I may not have enough time because it's close to my lunch. That's not my problem, your person who booked my appointment should have put in the correct time based on what I told her I needed. I will find a new place that's more competent & makes me feel comfortable & like they appreciate my patronage. read more

She went above and beyond to make she didn't burn me with with the laser and didn't miss any areas. This laser hair removal session with Sandra Alyassir was one of the best sessions I've had ever. I've done many sessions of laser hair removal throughout my life and this was the least painful one. Whenever Sandra would reach a sensitive area, she'd make it painless by pressing on other parts of the skin to distract me from the pain. She was very thorough and kind. Also, this is the first time that I'm leaving the laser session with absolutely no skin irritation at all. She would cool down each area after she was done lasering that section. I'm on my 7th treatment now! They say it takes about 6-9 treatments so I had to purchase another package when they offered a special during Christmas time. My hair follicles are stubborn little monsters. They have moved locations and it's correct on their app but some of the map apps like Waze will still direct you to their old location. I love my results but the employees at the front desk don't have the best attitudes. Some of the ladies hardly smile and it seems like they don't like their job. I went in for a consultation and everything went well, bought a package for underarms, Brazilian and legs. When I came in for my first appointment. They told me I had only been scheduled for a Brazilian. But because I had purchased a package, I was supposed to get everything at one time, but if I came in within 10 days, they would make an exception...... As if I scheduled the appointment myself?? Since then, I have come in 2 times and not been treated due to tanning "residue". I may have had residue the first time, but I have been exfoliating since then to avoid another issue. I've been to about two other laser removal centers in the past and I have to say the best experience has been here at Clearstone. I have to say this place has the best customer service. They have nice front desk ladies that also do the procedure. This place has refreshments such as water, coffee, candy, and soft drinks. The lobby has comfortable leather couches with plenty of magazines as you wait. If you have an appointment the wait is non existent most times. The last three times I've had Kristyn Korsah as a tech. I had my very first EVER laser session just a few days ago and I'm happy it was with Clearstone at at this location. When it comes to laser hair removal (and med spas in general), there are now SO many options that is almost impossible to choose. So I saw Clearstone on Groupon...and even after checking reviews, I still wasn't 100% convinced. However, few days went by and Clearstone ended up coming up in conversation with a friend of mine and she vouched for it and told me how much she loved them. Making an appt was super easy! (If you use Waze, it will still take you to the old location...so pay attention! Because I didn't lol) When I arrived for my appt I was immediately greeted and given paperwork and right after completing, escorted to one of the rooms. Elle was VERY thorough with her explanation and answering all of my questions regarding underarm laser hair removal. The process was much quicker than I expected and I barely felt a thing. I look forward to coming here. I have been going to Clearstone spa since April. I am getting my chin and jawline treated. I have seen significant improvements since starting my treatments. It took 3 treatments before I saw a significant change. The area has become patchy and I can tell the laser is working. I plan to get treated for my armpits next. The laser is somewhat painful if you have really coarse hair and have not done a close shave of the treating area. If you follow their instructions prior to treatment it should not be a bad experience. The laser feels like a rubber band popping sensation but you are instantly cold air. First visit I went for a consult and shortly after I was asked if I wanted to get started with the treatments, I said yes and was out in a breeze. I left my appointment today in tears. This was my 3rd laser hair removal treatment on my face and since the first 2 sessions I have seen new hair growth in unfamiliar areas. I am aware that this is a risk you take so my issue is not with this, my issue is with how the woman that treated me ignored my concerns, talked down to me, and argued with me about what's best for MY face. I made her aware of the new hair growth and showed her where I was seeing it. She told me not to worry and that the laser will remove those hairs. If she knew what she was doing she WOULD NOT have gone back over those areas, but she did what she wanted to. First mistake. Then I could feel her going over this one section of my neck repeatedly, burning the crap out of me. I started to feel her going over sections where I knew the hairs were too fine! I reminded her politely that I do not want those hairs growing back longer and thicker, because of my previous experiences. This is when I started to cry. She told me "Well, I'm going over areas where there are hairs" That's fine, but I told you what I wanted removed and you didn't listen to your client. You should never be allowed to treat clients if you aren't prepared to, not only with the laser but with your hospitality, which you had NONE. She finished the treatment with obvious frustration in her demeanor, I did not understand why and at this point I was still in tears. I got myself together to go out and pay. I still tipped her for her time but I did not schedule my next session with Clearstone. I don't remember her name but she had a Russian accent or similar to it. I got an area done on my face this last time that didn't hurt at all which I was extremely surprised about. I guess arm pits are a super sensitive area? I've yet to go back to the Holcomb location but all the other treatments I had at the galleria location went great. Every girl I had was friendly, chatty and just overall helpful. Definitely go to that location! They also recently moved locations down the road, so it has a VERY new vibe. Seems clean and sterile. Doesn't add or subtract for me personally. read more

I will not return here. I was told I need to return every 10-12 weeks after starting my first treatment. After researching online i saw the standard is to return every 4-6 weeks immediately following the first treatment. I feel like this place is spreading treatments further apart in order to prolong your treatments which means more money out of your pocket. I had 6 laser hair removal sessions on my chin and this is what I found: -there is a huge inconsistency amongst the technicians performances so I highly recommend if you favor a certain technician, request appointments with that one only. -make sure to be vocal about the problem areas you have and let the technician know if they missed a spot that was previously lasered. I noticed my chin hair became patchy in growth due to all the inconsistency in the covered areas. Further, in my opinion some areas almost look exactly the same as before and were not properly treated/covered. Some lasered from the bottom of my lips down my neck. Other technicians only did 4 zaps on my chin and finished in 3 minutes. I really did not appreciate when they took so little time and did not cover all of the area. I wish I was more vocal so I got better results. -I like that they are understanding if you need to cancel or reschedule, but they do prefer an advanced notice. -I would return, but as stated above, I would be more vocal so I could attain better result. I give it 4 stars not be of the service, but bc the laser used helped considerably halt hair growth. Overall, it was worth it! read more
