Whenever Sandra would reach a sensitive area, she'd make it painless by pressing on other parts of the skin to distract me from the pain. She was very thorough and kind. Also, this is the first time that I'm leaving the laser session with absolutely no skin irritation at all. She would cool down each area after she was done lasering that section. Thank you Sandra!

When the owner told me she did not need the paperwork I took it back, because after all the other Red flags I figured she wasn't going to dispose of my information properly. I was right she snatched the paperwork out my hand ripped it up in front of my face & threw it in a trash can. Although, I asked to speak with you regarding the matter, you never once bother to call to speak with me regarding my concerns. And it wasn't until after "Liz" herself notice the after pics were actually worse, that she reluctantly offered the alternative treatments. That of which were considered a downgrade and a less effective treatment than the initial treatments I paid for. You would have done much better continuing to ignore my comment/rating. I saw Dr. Hutton twice. I booked my third appointment with her male receptionist a couple of days…read moreago. I told him I took my last pill of one of my medications the night before & that I was about to run out of my other one. He told me he'd call in a courtesy refill to last me until my next appointment in June. I noticed nothing was called into my pharmacy the following day and called to follow up. He told me he wouldn't call in a refill, because I need an appointment and labs first. No in-person appointments are available until June, but he had already made an appointment for me in June. Further, my lab appointment was scheduled for Monday, but I will cancel that because I have not taken my medicine in 3 days, so I don't think my labs will be reliable. I have no idea what this receptionist's background is, but he does not have good judgement and is also not familiar with what it feels like to have hormone fluctuations. I asked him if it's safe to stop the medicine I ran out of cold turkey, but he made no attempt to answer my question with the help of a knowledgeable nurse or medical assistant. As a former medical professional with experience dealing with doctors and their staff for decades, I have never dealt with office staff like this. I believe people like him will continue to be one of the reasons Dr. Hutton loses customers. I will not return to a practice that treats its patients with total disregard. In addition, the office is located upstairs in a tiny strip mall with limited parking. So, if you choose to see Dr. Hutton, give yourself extra time to find parking and walk to her office.
