The nearby Love Nails has a huge staff but turnover is an issue and I never found one person I could rely upon for good service. The mall has a place; but I didn't find them friendly. I am very happy with Vi because the same small group of people have been there for the past two years and they all provide consistent excellence in quality. I love how friendly everyone is and that they actually talk to me and smile (seems basic for good service; but most nail places don't do this). I like that they recognize me and my daughter each time one of us goes. Also, I have always been offered bottled water at each visit. The owner takes great pride in offering the largest variety of colors available at any salon, large or small. Choosing a color to match your mood is never a problem. Most importantly, I have always found the salon to be clean and never felt that anyone didn't take extra care to ensure a sterile environment for manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend all the services and technicians at Vi Nails. If you went when the location was under previous owners; you should try it again.

The lady that answers says to come in now and we will be taken care of. So my mom and I head up and with in 10 mins they are starting on my full set. My mom is seated for a pedicure. All in all I received a full set, my mom and I both received pedicures, and my mom received a manicure. The only thing I can say I did not like is the I feel they are a bit high in pricing. We walked out paying over $100. We did not get anything deluxe and extra just the basics. So I may be back, but I will probably have to be in a bind to go here.

The owner was very helpful in answering my questions about manicure differences without upselling (dipping powder, which they also offer, or shellac nails which I opted for.) She also asked if I wanted my cuticles treated! I forgot to ask. Yes. I received cuticle care (didn't gouge or overdo it). I was so impressed I opted for a pedicure as well which also treated cuticles and exfoliating using matching nail color but not shellac for toes. Very relaxing and very well done. Another place I went to nearby didn't ask if I wanted cuticle care in my manicure, I just got a polish. I like how I got my questions answered about shellac and received nail and toe care. My mom and aunt came here first and were also very impressed with their acrylic nails. Love how I'm not gasping for fresh air upon leaving. Great air circulation.
