I found this place because they advertised their hygiene practices and I wanted to feel comfortable going somewhere considering the current health crisis. Natural Nails asks everyone to wash their hands upon entry and requires masks. They manage at the same time to uphold good sanitation and provide the most efficient, beautiful manicures and pedicures I've ever had. I always splurge on SNS nails and the signature organic pedicure. To remove my old SNS, they soak my nails in a bowl of hot water with a bag of cotton balls soaked with remover. It's gentle on my hands and I've never found any other salon where I feel their nail removal process is so easy on my hands and nails. I have confidence in every nail tech I have received service from at Natural Nails. They gave me a shape I was happy with on their very first try! And their pedicure is heavenly. David did a good job on my nails, I appreciate that he tried his best to achieve the color and finish that I wanted.

So, this is not my usual place but I figured what could go wrong with taking off dipped polish and doing a basic mani. I should have known when they pulled a guy out of the back and sat me down. I was given scaling hot water to put my hands in while the chemicals in the saturated cotton were to work. I was told to put my hand in a plastic bag with the chemicals and cotton and then place my hand in the scalding hot water bowl. I could not do it. It was soooooo hot. It took at least 7 min to cool. Star deduction since neither the manicurist or the desk person (guy who brought me the bowl) added an ice cube or cold water. The manicurist got up twice during my manicure, close the shade...5 min later, close the door. Taking the old dipped polish was laborious since it costs $10 to remove it. I should have stopped there. As the guy was trimming my nails, he cut straight across and then filed them down even though I said natural shape/ rounded and short. I mean, why would you cut that way and file the sides down. Whatever. I should have stopped him then. He then trimmed my cuticles and ouch cut me. At least he acknowledged it and cleaned me up with an alcohol pad when he saw blood. I should have stopped him then. He applied the nail polish which was very mediocre. I can't be done fast enough. I want it to be over. As I'm sitting there, I realize, he has no gloves on while every manicurist has gloves on. I'm really not okay with this. Especially since I've have a cut and lots of lotion and stuff going on. All in all, I'd never go back here. Poor experience. The guy was Cleary not experienced I'm very disappointed but feel good about giving him a chance and not making a scene in the shop. Buyer beware. By the way, it was $30 for a dipped removal and A plain manicure. I should have gone to my reg place. Bad luck today. read more

I missed my nail apt at my regular nail salon, so I thought it would be nice to try a different salon with my daughters. Seeing the reviews at this place, we thought we would give it a try. So, I called ahead of time to make 3 nail appointments . Two appts. were for full sets of Acrylics with gel polish and for my appt. which was for a hot gel manicure. I was quoted $55 for acrylics and $50 for the hot gel. When we got there, the girls were asked if they had a photo of the design they wanted and were then taken to their stations. I sat at another station and since I had a lot of hot gel accumulated, the technician recommended that the old hot gel be completely removed and reapplied. When it was time to pay, In addition to what I was quoted above, I was up charged 20$ each on the acrylics for design and shaping ( oval and coffin) and charged an additional 15$ for my hot gel manicure because it was taken completely off and reapplied. I understand this is a business and have no problem paying for additional services, however, if you are going to charge and extra 20$ for a design and filing or for whatever you are charging extra for, then let the customer know up front. Having said that, the girls got simple designs, nothing that warrants that ridiculous up charge. My regular salon charges 50 for acrylics and 40 for the hot gel and no extra cost for simple designs. As for the manicures, they looked great when we left the salon. However, it's been a week, and 4 of my nails have already broken off. My hot gel manicure usually lasts a minimum of 3 weeks. And one of my daughters acrylic nails popped off as well. Unacceptable. read more

So disappointed in this place. This was my third visit and it was terrible. The first two times were ok, nails were good, lots of color selections but I wasn't totally impressed with the technician so this time I did more research using yelp and specifically scheduled with Kathy. I scheduled the appointment on Tuesday for today. When we walked in to our appointment I am told by Kathy that 1. She's never done my nails before 2. She didn't have a receptionist so she would put me with someone else who was as good as her I am not sure why her never doing my nails before was relevant, if you aren't accepting new patients then don't have yourself as an option on the online booking. And a courtesy call would have been nice so I could have had made the decision if I wanted to cancel or pick someone else. So if that wasn't frustrating enough the person she put me with did a terrible job. I asked for them to be shortened and rounded which neither were done even after I requested rounded a 2nd time. I came in with rounded edges. They were messy, he had to redo a few of them because they weren't adhering correctly. At this point I was so irritated that I had decided I would call the salon tomorrow and address it, but as I went up to pay Kathy notifies me that my nails were an additional $5.00 because I had more than one color. In all the years I have been getting my nails done I have NEVER paid for multiple colors, designs yes, chrome yes but different colors NEVER. And I was never told there would be an additional charge, which had happened to me before at this salon with designs. I told Kathy my nails were crappy and they weren't worth the 45 but since they provided a service I would pay for them. She proceeded to charge me and I paid.The technician didn't even get my nails covered with the dip powder. This experience is extremely unfortunate because my sister and I enjoy going together and her tech has been AMAZING! If you decide to visit this place then see Lyna. I won't be back. read more

We were celebrating a bachelorette here and were 6 of us. We were about 10 mins late to our appointment and they accommodated us fine. They even gave the bride-to-be a bouquet which was a sweet gesture. The service for manicure and pedicure was good. Our main area of problem was we had informed them its a bachelorette, we would have expected them to put us together next to near other for services. We were all spread out. Half of us were in manicure, the other half in pedicure (Not even next to each other). There were other people seated between us. Rest aside our group getting to enjoy together, I am sure the other people who were visiting here during our appointment were disturbed as well. On top of it when it came to billing, the manager points this very fact to us saying I could have seated you together. I mean by that time it just seemed like since it was our time to pay he was trying to make up for what they had lacked in the first place. Also, for one of us during the manicure the nail cuticle started bleeding post the manicure which was really bad. Would not recommend this place for large groups as they do not make it a great experience for you to enjoy together. (We had even carried champagne as they had allowed us too. Came with a girlfriend for my birthday. I picked gel mani and regular pedi. I also did some basic scrubbing for my feet. It was about $75 for the service I received. I wanted a lilac color for my mani however they didn't have anything close to that color. My friend wanted a pale light milky green color and they didn't have that either... they had to mix a pretty bright light green paint with white, and the outcome was nothing close to what she originally wanted. They have many nail colors but nothing of the trendy colors I think which is disappointing. The mani lasted for about 2.5 weeks pretty perfectly then it started chipping which was fine. The pedis lasted a long time which was quite expected. The paint was a basic one color paint on each nail with no artwork and the paint work was good enough. I think due to the lack of trendy color options... it was 3 stars and I personally would not visit again. read more

The service in this place was great. I was greeted promptly, taken to a room for my eyelash extensions immediately. I decided before I arrived that I would splurge and get the hybrid which was their mid-price point. I got to relax and didn't have to make small talk which was nice. However, after it was done, the lady said that she gave me a the big full set because I was so pretty or some placating words, and charged me $150 when I usually just get a natural looking set of lashes for $89. Not to mention, my left eyelid was glued to my bottom lid. She pried it apart with some tweezers and a few plucked hairs later, I was right as rain, no foul. I was happy with the service and my end result, gave a nice tip and may even return, but will have to remember to be firm on sticking to the price point that was originally agreed upon. read more

I love this place! I went to write a positive review after I've been here twice now. The first time I came in I got a pedicure and a full set of SNS dip, today I came in to get a pedicure. I didn't have an appointment and they were pretty busy but they made sure to get me seated in a chair and were very nice and accommodating. Both times I came in I noticed two very difficult and rude customers in the shop and both times the staff bent over backwards to make them happy and I felt so bad!. Those customers were being mean and completely ungrateful. I want to make sure you knew that I see how kind and helpful the staff here is! This was my 2nd visit to this salon. It's not close to my home but I liked that I was able to easily make appointments online. However, after this last visit, I will not be going there again. First of Haley, who I scheduled my appointment with was great. I only has a couple issues with her. She would try pushing my cuticles back with her fingernails while filing my nails and it was very painful. I asked her to use a tool instead which was much more comfortable but still not the best. I will remember to do this myself using some sort of moisturizer before any future nail appointments to avoid that from happening again to me. Also, the acrylic on my nails was built up so thick that they already looked like they'd grown out the day after getting them done. I can't say that either time I visited this salon, that I was truly happy with my nails, but I was willing to keep giving it a try. Haley also did my pedicure, and that was amazing. Hands down one of the best pedicures I've had. The main reason for this 2 star review was the treatment I received from Haley's sister and fellow employee at the salon, Rachel. For some backstory, I booked my appointment online for 6 PM. I was so happy that later appointments were offered since my work schedule usually doesn't allow me to go get my nails done on a work night. Since it was getting close to their closing time of 7 PM, Haley enlisted Rachel to finish my nails while she did my pedicure. Rachel proceeded to lecture me, while she painted my nails, that I should book my appointment earlier if I wanted Haley to do both services. She stated that they closed at 7 and that this was too much work for Haley. My response was that I was only able to book the services at that time because it was offered on the website and that if that doesn't work for the employees, someone should update the appointments. Rachel then started to argue with me which really made me upset! I'm spending my hard earned money AND I made an appointment for these services and now I'm being rushed out the door while being scolded?! It was a horrible experience and I'll never go there again. I had 2 follow up appointments scheduled for the coming weeks, but after that experience, I decided to cancel them. OH! And on top of all of that, the GEL paint has chipped on my thumb nail. It's only been 3 days. My gel nails typically last 2-3 weeks with no chipping. I'm totally unsatisfied with this shop. read more

This was one of the weirdest nail salon experiences I have had. The gentleman doing my toes while removing gel polish chipped a bit chunk of my towel nail off with the polishing tool - he then build a nail with acrylic and made the nail super thick and long.. you can't cut acrylic so it took a good 25 mins to file down. He then spent 10 seconds doing my cuticles and when I asked him to spend more time (this is the most important part for me) he got an attitude and walked away. It was about 10 minutes until someone else came to do my toes. It was extremely abrupt and bizarre. The second tech doing my toes did the same thing after I asked her to fix one thing on the polish. She just got up and walked away with her tools. When I asked the manager what was happening she just said "I don't know we will find you someone else". Then during my gel manicure the technician was rushing because she had to get to her next appointment which was so bizarre so I just left with a clear coat of polish. Not trying to be rushed while I'm getting my nails done. This was my first time visiting the salon and will not be back. I originally ally found the place on Yelp and went because of the reviews.. I would NOT recommend this place if you are looking for an enjoyable spa experience with people who know what they're doing. read more

Went to get a manicure at a different spa last night as a walk in kinda last minute and got turned away..called this place and they happily took us in! One of the biggest pains with getting a manicure is having to sit around and wait. This place was fast and efficient! Good service, the place is clean! I've also had issues with other places like pulling at my cuticles until they hurt and/or bleed, but not here!
