First time here- as a walk in since I was in a the area and desperate need of an update. I came for a quick gel polish mani and gel toe polish removal. The staff were nice. Very quiet and relaxing. Luckily I had my AirPods to keep me up and entertained. Nice place: plenty of options both gel, regular polish. I would like to come when I have more time to do a full service pedicure. Hopefully soon!
After having a negative experience at the nail place across the street...Gloss & Feathers saved the day! Their prices were fair and transparent, staff was friendly and easy to chat with, and salon was in a convenient location with availability to take a Sunday afternoon walk in after a couple of minute wait. My nails turned out cute and have lasted over 3 weeks with SNS Dip. I liked my gal and she said everyone there does a greatAbsolutely would recommend this spot!
I looked through reviews and requested Hailey this time because I wanted something other than a solid color dip nail. I wanted ombré French and boyyyyyy, she delivered!! Thank you Hailey!
I came in Saturday as a surprise; my s/o made an appointment for me. I never get my nails done so I was so excited to have a mani pedi and to be pampered because I never do this kind of stuff for myself. The service was nice and enjoyable, but extremely rough at times. I don't know the technical terms for the tools, but there seemed to be a sandpaper type sponge that the lady used and she rubbed over and over my cuticles on my toes and also on my fingers until the skin was sore and raw. She would squirt some type of acetone over that area mid way and it would sting so bad. The store was extremely busy yesterday and perhaps the lady felt rushed, I really don't know, I was thinking that perhaps this is part of the process and maybe I'm just not used to it (because like I said, I never get my nails done). There seems to be like bruising and cuts where it was hurting during the service. I asked a few of my friends and they said that type of service is definitely not part of the process and to keep an eye on any possible infection on my fingers. I also have a cut on my toe from that sandpaper thing she used but I won't be posting pictures of my feet. Busy or not, every customer deserves to be handled gently and not have a rushed service. The lady doing my nails seemed to be so rushed that she stood up during my hand massage to speak to the next clients that were waiting for a pedi. I was so excited in the moment that I didn't realize until after and actually reflected on the whole experience that this was not how it was supposed to be and for as expensive as this was, I should not having cuts and tenderness near my nails after a service.
I took my 16 year old niece here for her Birthday. We loved it! We got mani-pedis. The employees are super nice. My niece had a complicated reverse French Manicure that she wanted and had pictures off the web for it. The nail tech was super gracious and kind and patient in creating the design as best she could on shorter nails. We'll be back!

I used to drive from Tempe (30 min south) all the way up here to get my nails done by Kathy. Luckily I recently moved next door so I don't have to drive as far. Great place to get your nails done & especially love the effort & passion my girl Kathy puts into my nails. She finally convinced me to take off my acrylics and switch to SNS on top of my real nail and I couldn't be more happy that I did. My natural nails are already growing out more healthy. They are a clean establishment. read more

This place was amazing, they really took time in making sure the nails were exactly how you like them and I never felt like the job was rushed even with my pedicure! Love the customer service and love love love the design! It's hard to find nail places that have experience in doing quality designs but this place has been the best I've found yet! My nails were done by Helen! They are all such talented nail artists! Very happy with my nails!! read more

I was staying nearby and was in desperate need of a fill plus my last design was botched! Stumbled upon here, they got me a same day Appt and I was paired with Helen which was the best thing that could've happened! She spent time getting my shape just right and well this design speaks for itself. If we're being honest this is probably my favorite design I've ever had done of getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the past 7 years. Obsessed is an understatement!! read more

I loved this place. They were fast and did amazing! I usually notice a lot that i don't like with my nails but i really couldn't see anything wrong. They are just about perfect. I will definitely be coming back. Update for my second visit! Lee was my nail tech. He was new and he was amazing!!! I've never had my nails so perfect! He takes his time and is very detail oriented. He kept going back and fixing little things(that i didn't even notice) and the results were perfect. I can't find one thing wrong! I love this place and i will definitely come back! read more

Been here multiple times to see Susan for SNS full set manicures and Cindy for gel pedicure and the service remains great. First time my SNS full set with tips hasn't chipped or cracked and lasted (pic attached). I'm glad to finally find a nail salon with great people and great service. I always make an appointment online so they're ready for my service when I arrive. read more

It was my first time here and I was trying to find a spot that takes Apple Pay around town. I found this place. Now I have very small nails and nail beds; I'm a nail biter so they're so short. They did an amazing job! I got French tip stiletto and I love them. And right in time for homecoming! The lady was so gentle and kept asking to make sure I was okay. She did an absolutely wonderful job and I will definitely be coming back for more! Thank you!!!! Now I can rock on at homecoming. Update: I came back a week or so later to get it filled bc my dress is blue and I kinda wanted to change the color. The man who it it was very gentle even fixed a nail that I had accidentally cut bc I had community service and cut my nail. Color looks amazing as well. But the fill was NOT $20 as it says on one of the first pictures (with the prices) it was $45 like my nails B. Aren't that long. And B. I didn't get the full procedure of a full set. I only needed fill which most definitely shouldn't have been $45. The job they did was great I just don't think it was worth what I paid. (My full set was like $60 and I didn't even get them too long) read more

Too many folks take the time to write negative reviews but I'm here to write a positive one because I LOVE THIS PLACE! Everyone here is extremely accommodating and gives me the best work. I come here every 2-3 weeks for a fill and pedi. The quality is consistent. Helen and Pikachu are nail gods. Ive gotten to the point where I pick a color and a ballpark idea as to what I'm wanting done and they take the wheel and deliver 10 fold. I've never left Natural Nails unsatisfied with my services. I've attached some photos (will try and get better ones next time) but the pictures do not do their work justice. I Will continue to be a repeat customer and I look forward to my visits every time. read more

I enjoy my monthly gel mani time. It really helps me relax and my nails look pretty. I was overdue for my mani and trying to schedule all week and finally was able to get away from my office yesterday. It truly helped me breeze from hectic week. I called from my office to see if they have any opening available, happened to have one available right away, came here during lunch hour. They are located next to the Vietnamese restaurant near the Herkins theater. Plenty of parking including one hour parking right in front of the store. My tech was super friendly and knowledgeable, she was able to tell brand and color of my previous polish by looking at them. She explained to me which brand polish is made to last longer and I should always request that. They just received new fall colors selection, I picked a few I liked and she picked what looks the best for my skin color. Love the design she did for my ring fingers too. I just said something pretty and the follower is what she did for me. Hand massage was so thorough, really enjoyed relaxing time here. Five mins from my office, great price here, can't wait to come back for pedi soon. read more

I have been to nail salons from Surprise to Scottsdale and have not had any where near decent experiences. Then I came to Natural Nails and Lashes where I met Tammy and she went above and beyond my expectations! My nails came out so perfect and I couldn't be happier! Tammy and everyone in the salon is so sweet! This is my new nail spot! I've never gotten so many compliments on my nails before Mimi did an amazing job on my pedicure and I left feeling brand new! read more

I've been looking for a new nail place since recently moving to the area, and I'm so glad I stopped by Natural Nails & Lashes. The salon is very clean, spacious, and relaxing and the staff is wonderful. I got a much needed SNS manicure from Kat and a gel pedicure from Kelly. They were incredibly efficient and Kat recommended a super beautiful chrome polish for my nails, which looks amazing when the light catches it. Beyond happy and will definitely be stopping by again! read more

Pretty disappointed in this place. This was my first and only time coming. I almost feel bad writing this because my nail tech was so nice but she made five of my cuticles bleed! The actual manicure looks just ok, but I shouldn't be in pain after getting my nails done.... read more
