First time here- as a walk in since I was in a the area and desperate need of an update. I came for a quick gel polish mani and gel toe polish removal. The staff were nice. Very quiet and relaxing. Luckily I had my AirPods to keep me up and entertained. Nice place: plenty of options both gel, regular polish. I would like to come when I have more time to do a full service pedicure. Hopefully soon!

I changed the colors and shape but this is the example I gave and she did even better!

After having a negative experience at the nail place across the street...Gloss & Feathers saved the day! Their prices were fair and transparent, staff was friendly and easy to chat with, and salon was in a convenient location with availability to take a Sunday afternoon walk in after a couple of minute wait. My nails turned out cute and have lasted over 3 weeks with SNS Dip. I liked my gal and she said everyone there does a greatAbsolutely would recommend this spot!

I looked on yelp for a nail salon that would do a fill as a walk in. I am from out of town and needed a fill badly. They took me in and Leann did a great job. Look the look and shape. Salon was nice and clean. Highly recommend!

The little cuts and bruising to my cuticles

I came in Saturday as a surprise; my s/o made an appointment for me. I never get my nails done so I was so excited to have a mani pedi and to be pampered because I never do this kind of stuff for myself. The service was nice and enjoyable, but extremely rough at times. I don't know the technical terms for the tools, but there seemed to be a sandpaper type sponge that the lady used and she rubbed over and over my cuticles on my toes and also on my fingers until the skin was sore and raw. She would squirt some type of acetone over that area mid way and it would sting so bad. The store was extremely busy yesterday and perhaps the lady felt rushed, I really don't know, I was thinking that perhaps this is part of the process and maybe I'm just not used to it (because like I said, I never get my nails done). There seems to be like bruising and cuts where it was hurting during the service. I asked a few of my friends and they said that type of service is definitely not part of the process and to keep an eye on any possible infection on my fingers. I also have a cut on my toe from that sandpaper thing she used but I won't be posting pictures of my feet. Busy or not, every customer deserves to be handled gently and not have a rushed service. The lady doing my nails seemed to be so rushed that she stood up during my hand massage to speak to the next clients that were waiting for a pedi. I was so excited in the moment that I didn't realize until after and actually reflected on the whole experience that this was not how it was supposed to be and for as expensive as this was, I should not having cuts and tenderness near my nails after a service.

Reverse French with small detailed designs of flowers on a few nails and a few nails done solid color as requested.

I took my 16 year old niece here for her Birthday. We loved it! We got mani-pedis. The employees are super nice. My niece had a complicated reverse French Manicure that she wanted and had pictures off the web for it. The nail tech was super gracious and kind and patient in creating the design as best she could on shorter nails. We'll be back!

Sadly I had one of my worst manicures here! I was excited after the reviews, but after seeing my french tips they looked like a child did them. The finish was bumpy, uneven, and blotchy. The white was different lengths, my nails were jagged, and the alcohol she used to take off my gel burned an indent into two of my nails because she left it on too long. I am so disappointed and sadly there was no resolution. I had to leave and go to another salon and pay for my below average polish change on my toes. BEWARE. Took my daughter to get a new full set. Instead the nail tech kept on the same nails, dipped over them and each nail is different in texture and design which should all match. Also got charged for a full set when she didn't even do it! $65 plus tip! They are scamming people! I would have said something however I did not see her nails until we got home. read more

Wow I was really disappointed in this place. They take their first appointment at 9:30 there were three of us waiting, the employees weren't even there yet. They came strolling in about 935 - 940. It's interesting the first thing they tell you to do is wash your hands, but they don't wash their hands none of them used hand sanitizer and the gal who did my manicure did not wear gloves. They do not enforce the current mask law. The employees don't and they don't enforce it with their clients. I absolutely will not be going back, there are too many places in Scottsdale for these types of services read more

clean, good nail techs. The only problem I had was with check-in but when I called and arrived, I when I made my appointment, she asked me probably five times what I needed to have done and when I got there, there seem to be confusion about what I was getting done. read more

Unfortunately, this is the worst sns dip I've received so far. I had an appt but tech was rushed-working with 3 people while I was there. Did not clean up my cuticles, and now one of my cuticles is hanging. She only did 2 dip coats, I can see through the color, it's uneven, and there bumps/dust under the surface. They didn't clean up under my nails, so I am scraping the manicure crust out. Not worth the $60 I spent on this. Disappointing. read more

Just got my nails done by Ivy and I could not be happier!!! Lived in SF for many years and had a fabulous nail lady and COVID has brought me to LA where I have yet to find someone I love. Came to AZ and figured I'd get my nails done and this place was closed to my family's new home. I knew I wanted a matte color and the first woman to help got me narrowed down on a color and Ivy stepped in for the rest - especially the shaping. I showed her pics of when my SF lady did my nails and she got the shape perfect. I will continue to come back - $36 for gel manicure with matte finish was an incredible price too after paying CA prices for so long. Thank you Ivy!!! read more

There is not enough things I could write to express how much I love this place. The ladies there are always so welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Thao does and AMAZING job on my lashes! I always get so many compliments on them. Today I got my lashes AND nails done at the same time. I didn't make an appointment because my work schedule is SO hectic. Thrilled with our experience! My two coworker's and I have had a rough go at trying Scottsdale nail salons. We are not hard to please at all, but finding a place that gives both great quality AND service is much harder than it seems. We typically do dip powder nails, occasionally a pedicure. From the moment we walked in... we felt welcomed, listened to, and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. No cuts, beautiful nail shape, and genuine concern with our experience. We all walked out of there smiling feeling like we all got consistently great service. Happy to have found "our spot!" My tech was Vincent, Lisa helped, my friend, and another man helped my other friend, I will call to get his name. (Maybe Phillip?) THIS NEEDS TO BE EVERY WOMAN'S GOTO FOR EYELASH SERVICES IF YOU WANT EXTENSIONS!! The quality of the lashes are absolutely amazing and the price can not be beat. I came in here for an eyebrow wax, pedi, mani, while my mom and sister got eyelash extensions. My mom and I have never had them before, so naturally I chickened our while she bravely ventured ahead. I am shook now because they look so incredible. Mom got "natural" while sis got a little more glamorous and I have never seen eyelashes put on better. I've seen my sis go to high end expensive places but this place beats them all out. Seriously. Hopefully they'll upload pics of their lashes because I didn't want to do that without their permission on the internet but you're missing out if you don't get yours done here. read more

I have fallen in love with this place! I recently moved to the area from Old Town Scottsdale and was looking for a new place to get my nails done a little closer to home... I think I've found it! After reading reviews on yelp I booked online for acrylics with gel and specifically requested Tom. He was so nice and recommended the dip instead of acrylics to maintain the healthiness of my nails! I'm so in love with his work, I showed him a picture of what I wanted and it's perfect. Such a nice, clean, relaxing environment to go after a full 8 hour work day lol. Highly recommend!! read more

First time going to this nail salon, i called and made an appointment for 9am, once i arrived Bee was very kind and helpful as she was opening up. I got a short full set gel and they came out great! she paid very close attention to the details when applying the acrylics and shape. once everyone started arriving as well everyone came in greeting the customers with a good morning which i don't think i've seen that before. will definitely be returning to try out the pedicures and for a fill. read more

First time and last time to come here - on their bail menu they have an option for Rejuvenating pedicure - it should last 45 minutes and include a 15 min massage. I chose this option for the massage - the nail tech started at 1245PM and ended at 1:16PM - NO MASSAGE. So when I went to check out, I told the receptionist I didn't get a massage - I was in the chair for 30 min and the nail tech didn't do the massage. All she said was, "sorry" - it'll be $48 dollars. Terrible customer service and mediocre pedicure at best. At least do what you have advertised! What a waste of money. read more

I've been coming here for about 6 months and I absolutely love it!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. They do get busy but I don't mind because they always do such an amazing job. Today, I had Tammy and she's the best nail tech I've ever had! She paid such great attention to detail and asked if I liked it every step of the way. I will always request Tammy from here on out. I read through a couple of the other bad reviews...don't listen to them. They've never cut me and yeah like I said they do get busy but there's this thing called time management. If you don't have time to sit and wait then do your own nails. The owner and staff are the sweetest people and deserve to be treated better. read more

I explained to four different people in this establishment. I got SNS meals for a very long time. I switched over to hard gel, pink and white gel. The woman told me that she's not there only temporarily she lives out of state she referred me to two other nail salons that do hard gel . So basically no one knows. I confirmed several people know how to do hard gel I went in for a fill stating a hard gel, and the lady started doing pink and white acrylics. My nails were so thin, they didn't last 10 days they were breaking in the middle of my nail bed. They were my real nails which meant extremely thin. Then I went back for a third time because now I need fixing I explained that they started with hard gel Now people put acrylic on my nails. Woman put acrylic again I spoke to who I believe the owner was. I paid for my fixed nails and she told me just a book online and I can put it under her gel if I call into your establishment and I request hard gel several times. I don't think that I have to go online to book it. Thank you very much. I definitely won't be back. I've complained three times and got no satisfaction whatsoever. I also got a pedicure recently by a gentleman and my pedicure was done in 20 minutes never used the rocks or anything. It amazes me that I don't think I've had such a bad pedicure either so I'm sorry to have to go somewhere else because that is a really big process for me. I like to go places that I consistently go to. read more

Save your money and go somewhere else. After just ONE week with their acrylics I have 2 nails left on each hand. When I called to have them repaired considering it wasn't even a full week, they wanted to charge me to repair. If you scroll through all their nails, the only good tech there WAS Pikachu. Pikachu has since left and no one there is as skilled. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I pretty much always get the SNS dip nails and occasionally a pedicure- this time I only got a full set of SNS dip nails in a Pink Ombré which turned better than I even could have expected!! I absolutely love this place!! Everyone in the shop is amazing at what they do, I had Nicole today- and she did a fantastic job with my nails - doing exactly what I wanted and my nails turned out amazing!! I've been going to Natural Nails & Lash since I moved to the area, seven months ago (3/2021) and definitely recommend them to all my friends! read more

I was running about 10 minutes late for my Saturday morning Brazilian wax appointment and tried calling ahead, but could only reach an automated system. When I arrived, I was turned away because their next appointment was in 15 minutes. What was even more frustrating was that the staff kept pushing me toward sugaring despite admitting it wouldn't effectively remove all my hair. They then suggested I return later when a more experienced technician would be available. So not only was I denied service, but I was also expected to make another trip because the available staff couldn't perform the service I booked. Poor communication, questionable expertise, and absolutely no consideration for customers' time. Definitely not returning!

I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails, especially when it comes to hybrid gel/builder gel because it is SO hard to find someone who actually knows how to do it well, and Vanna absolutely crushed it. Not only is she insanely talented, but she's also just the sweetest human. Warm, welcoming, easy to talk to, and somehow incredibly meticulous while also being super efficient. She paid attention to EVERY detail without the appointment taking 14 business days. She helped me pick colors, gave design suggestions, and totally understood the vibe I wanted. The shape? Perfect. The application? Flawless. My nails look clean, glossy, natural, strong, and expensiveeeee. And honestly, you can immediately tell she genuinely cares about her work. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. I have been going to Gloss and Feathers lounge over year and half. I love working with B, she does an amazing job and every time i go anywhere people complement me on my manicure and pedicure and my color choice! B is very hip and she knows her colors well! I love the entire staff, very professional, kind and friendly. The owner a lovely woman name Michlin she is not only caring and professional, she truly cares for her staff and customers. I recall a time when a customer came in and complained about a service that was clearly no ones fault, but the owner with her grace apologized on behalf of her staff member and offered the customer $20 gift certificate which to my surprise the customer was not happy and wanted more. What was interesting it seemed the customer had an agenda she was keep pushing the owner to a corner hoping she would snap and lose her cool so can ask for more money, but what I loved about the owner not only she didn't lose her cool she remained calm but above all KIND and Respectful! I came here taking into account the rate and reviews which is 4,5. And was really disappointed. I did mani and pedi. Spent over $100. Not counting tips. Did just matt nails and foil for 2fingers. What did i get? 1. Uneven surface. 2. Had to file my nails after coming home, as the shape was different and again uneven 3. By the end of the day the foil and the matt finish pilled off. I am giving 2 stars as the hospitality was good. I did not like how clean was the place. Thought could go there if the nail professionals were good. I was served by the best one as far as i was told. And got this. Now i have such a sharp surface on my nails that cannot play with my newborn or even change the diaper, as i will scratch him. So what i expect from you is to refund my money as i do not want to come for fixing my nails. I would rather take a chance and go to other salon then come back. read more

Whenever I get my nails done here my polish will stay intact for several weeks. Usually, I have a basic manicure but recently I've been trying the gel manicure. I've been extremely happy with the results. It dries quickly underneath the heat lamp and I don't have to wait around for the polish to dry. I also don't have to worry about my nails getting smudged or chipping later. Another thing I would recommend about this place is their facials. You wouldn't think a nail salon would be a good place to get a facial but they'll prove you wrong. They really give you the works with steaming your face, removing black heads and exfoliating for half the price of those fancy spas. read more

I have been going to Kathy (owner) for almost 20 years. I have followed her to many salons. She now is the owner and I cannot say enough great things about her and her work. I started using SNS (Dip) about a year ago and would never go back to acrylic. The one problem I found at other salons was SNS colors were limited. Here they have hundreds of colors to chose from. I and my friend came to this nails shop last week for her birthday. We got the best pedicure ever. The staffs there are so awesome, they r very friendly and do such a good job. My friend even got 20% discount and a CND lotion for her birthday gift (they always have special for every occasion). Another thing that I like about them is they use the liner for every spa tub. Love this place!! Lisa has been doing my SNS & she does a great job. They are super thin & even. I have always had an issue with anything other than acrylic staying on my nails for longer than a few days and my last SNS manicure stayed on for almost 3 weeks without breaking or coming up. Don't say I didn't try to resolve this matter before escalating because I made three attempts! Do better. All I asked for is for them to be fixed, then a refund because of the combativeness. You left me no choice. The first screenshot is messages I sent on July 11th, just 10 days after I got them done. The other messages are between me and the owner today, July 18th and the pictures I took of the other nails. Horrible! So far 6 nails are trash. Edit to respond to owner: there's no full concept to give. I said what I said and I stand on it just like you are with decisions you made by not making this right. Stop being defensive, argumentative and take responsibility. I'm not the first to complain about nails breaking quickly after a service, look at your google reviews which you have responded in an aggressive way. 3 days. 5 days, a week later it doesn't matter! Most nail salons give you that weak window to reach out for any complaints. I will never step foot in another nail salon because it's a waste of money, time and energy that comes along with piss poor results and customer service. The time you're going back and forth with me you should be using to put more effort into your service! About context about the grow out you're not making any sense. "Grow out" should never be used as an excuse for a horrible manicure job.
