Very disappointing experience last night. tiny pieces of meatloaf on ice cold flavorless mashed potatoes. I asked the bartender if he knew how to make the Pineapple Mojito featured on the menu which I have ordered before and liked. Bartender last night did NOT know how to make it. It was just a glass of simple syrup and a little rum with mint. Terrible. I was there at around 8:45. Wow finally Apollo Beach has a restaurant that has truly been needed. Opening week and this PLACE is like it's been opened for weeks, service was A+, and the food quality was fantastic. The Cali tacos are really great and the Chicken tenders were some of the best I have had. The cauliflower wing appetizer was the bomb. As a small business owner, I understand inflation and the need to make a profit. As a restaurant patron I want a meal at a fair price with attentive service. That being said, our last experience at Glory Days was not good. Our small group of friends (4 of us total) normally get together for lunch once if not twice on the weekend. We were sat and then waited for at least 15 minutes before seeing our waitress. Ok, you're busy no problem. We place our drink orders and figure we should put some food in due to the wait. We are promptly told that she will be back to take our food order. Another 15 minutes and she is back with our drinks and told just a few more minutes and she will be back to take the food order. She takes the drink order from the table behind us and then takes their food order. Ok, we will be next, wrong. She then gets their drinks out and then comes over to take our food order. We order and my wife ask for a side of hot sauce for her fries. That will be a dollar up charge. What? A dollar for a 1oz plastic ramekin of hot sauce? No thanks. So I order the buffalo chicken sandwich (They bring out a grilled chicken sandwich, but hey I don't need fried anyhow so I don't say anything) with the hot sauce on the side. Food takes forever to come out and mind you the table that was behind ours that got there afterwards was already served food. She must have seen the look because she comes over and said they are just waiting on fries to come out and our food will be there. So our food comes out about 5 mins later. Oh great...HOT fries!. Nope cold fries, like inedible cold. So I tell her the fries are cold please grab some hot ones. Another 5 mins and hot fries finally show. We finish our food and ask for the check. This is the best part, I was up charged $1 for my buffalo sauce when I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich! I am over it but still very nice. I go in to speak with the manager, tell him I am not asking for anything other than the $1 dollar off my bill. But really wanted to make him aware of our experience so hopefully he could correct it in the future. He could of cared less, I got an Ok, thanks for letting me know. And this is the reason we will not return to Glory Days on Big Bend again. read more

I had a bad service my Waitress had a bad attitude and the food was cold when we got it wasn't great I won't be going back

This was our second time here this month. It was mother's day and then my wife's birthday and she wanted to go here. We've been about 5 times since they opened and we haven't been disappointed. Someone knows how to cook. When we ask for medium, it comes out medium, when we ask for medium well, that's what we get. The burgers are just amazing. We don't eat seafood, but took my mother one day and loved the fish. The kids meals are all really good according to the grand kids. We will continue to be customers. Don't change anything!!! Oh, apparently you can bring your dog when sitting in the patio area, which is really nice. My dog is a spaz, so I wouldn't, but they seem pet friendly outside. read more

Cools staff....for only being open one week they have their s%#t together. Wings had a nice smoked flavor I got the dry rub with tangy Buffalo on side. I would have liked to see some garlic chunks in the sauce since it's garlic based. I would recommend checking them out. Great TV setup for the games as well. read more

I ordered 2 burgers through Uber eats and at least one was raw , quite literally just the outside was cooked, To add on top the customer service itself was God awful. if you're going to have 16 year old young women answer the phone , make sure they're actually helpful and know how to do their job. read more

It was our first time coming here. We ordered for pick up. Upon entering now one greeted us, we walked over to the bar and asked the bartender where we could pick up our food. She generously told us to go around to the back of the restaurant. Once we walked over there were about 4 employees just sitting down and talking. They immediately got up and walked away from us when we got closer. The young man finally asked if we were there for pick up. We did our transaction and he just pushed our food towards us. First time in Glory Days resaurant. Came in with my wife and 2 friends at about 2pm wed 10-6. We all ordered at about 205pm. Received our meals about 235pm. 30 minutes later. Your kitchen help is very slow! I ordered a cheesesteak with fries. As soon as we got our meals within 1 minute the waitress comes over and says, How is everything???? We all said fine. My cheesesteak was burnt. I tried for a while to get a waitress, which i was unable to do. They were all running around because your restaurant was short of help. After eating 1/2 of the sandwich I stopped eating and finally got our waitress. She was sorry and made me a new meal with fries, which were very good. Then explained that they were short of help and the kitchen was also short of help. The waitress was very sweet and very sorry. Everyone else had good meals. Never once in the two hours did either bartender ask me if I needed another drink or even how my food was that took over an hour to come out. Not even a Hi. What a shame. I will never be back. I'm only giving this a 3 star because I've had a previous 5star dine in experience. I ordered take out tonight because on my Mother's Day I just wanted to eat at home and relax with my family. When I got to the curbside the young girl who greeted me was so sweet ( both times great service) I ordered the Macho pork nachos for my fiancé , we got them before we loved them. Tonight they were cold but nothing out microwave couldn't fix. I ordered the chicken and waffles for my 2 kids and the waffles were half edible literally. Hard (not crispy) all the way around and a lil soft on the inside. The tenders looked like they were fried in dirty oil but the chicken on the inside wasn't to bad. I might as well have just ordered grilled chicken . I ordered the steak Mother's Day special medium is what I asked for with a side of fries and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries was all I ate. My steak was rare at best slightly medium rare, I just couldn't do it. The regular order of fries were missing. We also ordered the gallon of strawberry lemonade- AmazIng !! Lastly for dessert we got the Oreo sliders which were good but half melted by the time we got home with the food. I live not even 5mins away so I don't know how long they sat out before we got the order. I will come back but for dine in only so if I have an issue with my order it can be fixed then. I used to work here in to-go and I think I should share some funny stories of arrogant customers. One time on shift, I got a call from a guy complaining about not getting bacon, sour cream, and cheese for his potato. He felt so upset about only getting butter for his potato!! He was so ridiculous, I didn't really know what to say; I was like "you can come in to get the other toppings since you didn't get them in your box." I think he just hung up on me. Then the next day, my boss shows me a text from corporate saying the customer said that the customer service is bad and he was getting ripped off and he was complaining about a cold burger and soggy fries duhduhduh. Waiting 30+ minutes to come get your food means it WON'T BE HOT. Having HOT fries in a CLOSED PLASTIC box creates CONDENSATION, which leads to wilted and soggy fries. I told my boss "who the heck complains about something like that, why are some adults sooooooo immature and babyish." Well, how people act is only a reflection of themselves. I just thought it was kinda funny that he felt so angry about a teaspoon of bacon that he had to go email corporate. I think his name was Nick. So nick if you're reading this Nick (you know who you are), I hope you got your teaspoon of bacon, cheese, and sour cream! Suck it! read more

HORRIBLE service - mediocre food... I ordered online for a CURB-side order. I got to the restaurant and waited OVER AN HOUR beyond the time quoted for pickup. I went into the restaurant 3 times with no update on my food. Their kitchen was so behind (and the restaurant was not crowded) that their front staff began telling me and others waiting they had 'no idea' when orders would be out. I spoke with a manager who offered NO apology and then placed the blame with the online ordering system.... I placed my order directly with Glory Days (not another delivery or online vendor) and had still waited roughly 2 hours from PLACING my order. He also did not have an update on my order and did not return to speak with me until I requested to cancel. He then told me he couldn't cancel it and would have to contact corporate with an expected refund in 3 to 4 DAYS. This was my SECOND visit - my first was also delayed and the family deal I ordered was NOT for a family of 4 as advertised... maybe 2 people... Don't waste your time with this one! There are new restaurants in Riverview that do want you to return to their establishment - Glory Days is not trying to keep customers! read more
