Cute place, DJ was great and just getting started. Food was good. Met my girls for happy hour which they just changed the times until 8pm. Shots were flowing and the drinks were good. Waitress was wonderful very attentive. Bathroom is cute and lots of places to take pictures. They also do a paint and sip every Tuesday. Parking can be crazy as it's on the street, there is a garage near by.

Visited this lounge with my friends for happy hour .. The happy hour has drink specials for $6 : Lemon drops, sangria , margaritas, wine etc .. I ordered the red sangria which was good! They also have $6 appetizers as well which I wouldn't recommend their food . I ordered the shrimp tostones which were horrible . I had to send it back. My friend ordered the steak tostones and chicken tacos which were just okay. Therefore this spot is for drinks and vibes .. Our bartender Adam was great and attentive !

Arrived just before 4pm and it was empty. Brought my gma with me. She loved the drinks and the ceviche. The ceviche was also my favorite, followed by the tacos. The empanadas were kinda dry. They had a full bar and I'd say the bartender was great at making the drinks. Hoping to go back later for some dancing.

It is a loud place. They do make a lot of margaritas. Not much too-shelf. Just a cheap place to drink.

The calamari was decent, but next time I'd ask for it extra crispy. The sauce on the side was delicious: sweet, savory, and had a little kick without being spicy. & now the ribeye? Absolutely marvelous. The Latin fried rice was chef's kiss, with veggies, shrimp, and a fried egg on top! so good. The tostones and maduros were cooked to perfection. The steak honestly didn't even need the chimichurri sauce, but I did dunk a tostone in it, and that sauce was full of flavor too. My waiter, William, was amazing from start to finish welcoming, attentive, polite, knowledgeable, & prompt. I finished with a cafecito for dessert, and it was flavorful and delicious. Next time I may add a little whipped cream. Thank you for a great visit. I'll definitely be back.

The restaurant is small, seating only about 25-30 people, creating an intimate atmosphere. However, the lighting is so dim that I had to take a second look just to read the menu. I'll start with the positive: our waiter was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. My only criticism was that he couldn't really recommend a standout dish when we asked what the restaurant was known for. For appetizers, I ordered the octopus. Unfortunately, it was inconsistent. Half was perfectly tender, while the other half was so tough it was difficult to chew. It was served over an ajillo sauce that was good, but not enough to save the dish. My husband ordered empanadas. The steak filling was much better than the chicken. He asked if he could order one steak, one shrimp, and one chicken, but was told they don't allow mixing flavors. For my entrée, I ordered the ribeye with white rice and beans and added a lobster tail with butter sauce. The ribeye itself was cooked well, but the sides were disappointing. The beans had a strange flavor, and the rice was mushy and completely lacked seasoning. The lobster tail was fine, but nothing special. The ribeye was $58, and adding the lobster tail brought the plate to $72. At that price point, I expected an exceptional meal, not one where the sides were the weakest part of the plate. My husband ordered the skirt steak with peppers, French fries, and maduros. His steak was good, but we both agreed the side options felt like an odd combination. The menu could definitely use some more thoughtful pairings. We boxed up our leftovers, but unfortunately the food didn't even reheat well the next day. Our bill came to $233 for two people. On top of that, gratuity was automatically added, and there was a $10 fee for paying with a debit card. That was an unpleasant surprise and made an already expensive meal feel even more overpriced. For over $200, I expect to leave saying, "I can't wait to come back." Instead, I left feeling like I had paid Manhattan prices for a very average meal. Unfortunately, this wasn't the experience we were hoping for, and I don't think we'll be back. FYI: everything says M/P on it for Market Price. Which means they can charge you what they see fit which gives me an inconsistent vibe.

It was our first visit to the restaurant. We tried both mussel appetizers - baked and ceviche style. The mussels were huge and plump and perfectly clean. The mussels were as big as oysters! The ceviche style was bright and citrusy. The baked mussels were bathed in a rich red sauce, slightly spicy and smoky. We also shared the Octopus appetizer, beautifully charred and coated with a delicious savory glaze, served with crispy herb roasted potatoes. The chef also provided a preview of a new dish that will be added to the menu soon - a Tiradito (ceviche) featuring salmon and avocado, arranged artfully. For main dishes my wife and I had the Pescado a lo Macho - a deep fried fish fillet topped with sliced octopus, shrimp, and calamari, bathed in a delicious sauce. Our friends had the Seafood Fettuccini. I didn't taste it, but they were very pleased with it. And for dessert we all had the Chicha Morada Cheesecake - light and creamy, with a delicious crunchy crust. Overall, we were absolutely thrilled by each and every dish. As we tasted each dish, we commented "I'd come back here, just based for this one dish". For the entire meal to be so consistently memorable and delicious was a real delight. Adrian, the owner, was a wonderful host, helping us navigate a menu of dishes that we were not familiar with. We also asked to meet the chef, Evelyn, to thank her for the wonderful meal. For those of you that know Montclair, you know how much of a challenge it is to find convenient free parking. Terra has it's own parking lot right next to the restaurant. I highly recommend a visit to Terra. I'll certainly be returning, and I look forward to introducing many of my friends to this wonderful dining experience.

The place had a great vibe and I loved that the copocabana lady was everywhere. Very cool! We had a late reservation at 8 on Saturday and we were definitely a little rushed at the end so I would recommend eating earlier. We probably would prefer a 7 reservation as the kitchen seems to close around 9 and cleanup begins while you are eating. The food was all gluten free and there were plenty of dairy free options. I thought the food was clean and delicious and I could tell the chef put a lot of effort into his cooking. I also felt good after I ate it which is not always the case for me. They take great care in picking ingredients and it shows through in the taste and flavors of their food. I liked every single thing I ate. I also took home a lot of leftovers! I liked the food just as much a day later. Absolutely delicious. The other little issue I had was they tack on a service fee/ gratuity of 20%. We have seen this on vacations but never in the states. I feel this makes some people confused and uncomfortable. We always tip at least 20% for good service. The forced service fee/gratuity is not something we personally are a fan of. I would definitely 100% go back for the food and my husband felt the same. If in the area, check this place out as you will enjoy.

Ultimately, we left without being acknowledged by any staff. It was frustrating, especially since we've enjoyed your food in the past and were looking forward to another great meal.
