You will not be disappointed if you need something moved and he really knows what he's doing and he cares about the quality of his work and keeping in communication with the customer. His prices are reasonable. What more can you ask for? I bought a hot tub from Wayfair and the delivery was putting this very heavy hot tub at the end of my driveway. I hired this company to help me move it down a long driveway and up a few stairs onto my stone patio and he came fully prepared with a dolly and blankets as well as two other guys and made the move seamless.

I asked Peter to please dispatch a repair person, to look at and (hopefully fix) the mechanism in my stove's oven ... which had suddenly stopped working -- on New Year's Day (Jan. 1, just a few days ago). About 2 hours later, Mike from Tiso called me when he was on his way, and he gave me his ETA. He arrived in less than his stated ETA -- and of course (smile) he was wearing a face mask -- just as I was. Within about 8-10 minutes, he had fixed, and tested the oven ... after carefully explaining to me what had been wrong. I paid by check, and he gave me a receipt. One, two, three!! All done! :). As I have before, I HIGHLY recommend Tiso Appliance store -- whether you live in Pelham (as I do) or not.

I was hoping to have it repaired, instead of buying a new stove, in order to save money. Jim came out, told me it was probably some part that was broken that needed to be replaced. He charged me $220. He told me my oven was fixed, and then went on his merry way. A few days later when I used the broiler, it wouldn't turn off. I had to unplug the stove completely, because there was a loud beeping sound. I called Jim's number, but got a message that he was in Florida until February. I decided to wait for his return. I left a message for him, asking him to call me when he got back. I got a call from his wife, stating that he was in the hospital. So I waited a few more weeks. Today, I finally got in touch with Jim Gaita. He told me that even though my stove broke the first time I used it after he "repaired it", it wasn't his fault and there was nothing he could do. He flat out told me, "I DON"T CARE". Absolutely horrible customer service! I'm out $220 and now have to go buy a new stove. Avoid this horrible person and the crummy "work" he does. I understand he's got health issues and is probably burnt out from all his years in the business, but giving me at least a partial refund would have been a show of good faith. He clearly has no interest in providing quality service at this point. He's looking to make as much as he can before he retires. STAY AWAY! I'm going back to All Home Appliances.

Based on the reviews, this was the company I wanted to go with to get my air ducts cleaned. Super friendly staff, from the secretary/scheduler to the owner to the guys who came and did the work. Ryan and Jaz were quick, efficient, straight to the job and to the point. They came on time as scheduled, were very professional, and quick to get the job done in and out. They also were super friendly and gave some education on air ducts -- which I appreciated. The spray that came with the cleaning smelled so good! lol I want a bottle just to spray the air ducts every few months! LOL I would highly recommend this company! Will definitely be using them for other properties and going forward. The air in the home feels super light and clean! If you use them, please don't forget to tip the tech workers as this is a dirty job and they do all they can do to provide you with home air that is crisp, clean, and light! :) Thank you Aaron and staff!! :)

You get what you pay for..they thorough cleaned out everything; climbed the ladder; ducted from outside and inside; removed the bird guard; and put it back in. These guys took about an hour and they insert their suction hoses from the top and bottom and you can see the dust being blown out like its snowing. The communications via email and text are terrific. My dryer vent starts on the ground floor and vents about 20 feet above my home I've used those $59 services which basically suck.

Waited one week and received tank (first picture) and another in slightly better shape. Driver apologized for condition and assured it was safe. In return, I exchanged two empty pristine tanks from Lowes. A few days later we smelled gas in our back yard. It was pungent and found one of the tanks leaking (heard hissing). We moved tanks as far away from our house as possible and called Jack Gas. Were told this is normal as they fill the tanks (expansion). I requested the tanks be removed immediately. Was promised the next day. The tanks were removed 3 days later. We called back and asked for empty tanks to be delivered as part of our refund. On Wednesday we found two full tanks, both in excellent condition (second picture). Despite a poor initial impression, the company demonstrated integrity and excellent service.

Stuff happens, nobody's perfect, I mess up on the job too. But when that happens you do what it takes to make it right...you had a driver out there.
