I told her I sill fold- just refund me folding portion- she said she won't. Just give her 10 minutes. I ended up sitting there watching her folding for 20 minutes.... even until last minute to hand my laundry, she was so nasty... I usually give any laundromat tip for washing & fold service. On our first visit, a button on a suit jacket was broken as a part of the cleaning process. After many follow ups and return visits, Gary was able to replace all of the buttons on the jacket and solve the issue. I decided to give Garment Inn another chance and asked them to clean a linen curtain my daughter had dirtied. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the spots out, but the bigger issue is that they shrunk the curtain by about 3-4 inches, and dry cleaned it inside out so that the top of the panel is wrinkled. I brought the curtain back and was told that dry cleaning sometimes shrinks material and there was nothing that could be done. I was also told Gary would reach out to me to discuss this issue but have not heard anything. I'm not sure I understand how dry cleaning shrinks material, and had I been told this was a possibility I would not have had the curtain cleaned here. In the future, we'll be taking our items to a different cleaner.

They are not the cheapest wash and fold around, but they are very convenient for my location. And they provide you with a nice bag for carrying and dropping off your laundry in.

With $10.25 in hand and two Tide Pods, I made a rookie mistake. I started the wrong machine, and of course, I didn't realize it until after the fact. But here's where this place really shines--Deb, the woman working the counter, came to my rescue. She noticed I was flustered, and without hesitation, she started the correct machine for me at no extra cost. Plus, she generously gave me some detergent since I lost my Tide Pod. Now that's customer service. The laundromat is clean, with plenty of machines to choose from. My comforters were washed and dried with no issues (after a little help), and I was back on track. Despite the hiccup, the experience was smooth, and I left with a fresh load and a smile. Final thoughts: Small mistake, huge save, and solid service. 5 stars, easily. Dry cleaning and wash and fold available as well.

I get all my blazers, winter coats, business shirts and dresses cleaned there every few months. Never had a problem. Always do a great job, no complaints here. I highly recommend Gentys! As I am always friendly and appreciate their good services, they have been super nice to me. (maybe SOME people should try being nicer)

Lakewash isn't the fanciest, cheapest, or by any means best laundromat in the world, but it is definitely one of the cleanest I've ever seen and it gets the job done without breaking the bank. I've tried a few other places in the area and this one is by far my favorite. What's good to know? There are three different sizes of washers (the biggest ones can easily fit a comforter) and the prices are clearly spelled out in charts on the wall. The dryers are 8 minutes per quarter and are super powerful - the real reason I keep coming back here. There's free parking on the street or extra spaces in back. Plus, it's conveniently located right in between the liquor store (aka: Ride Aid) and Stop & Shop if you want to sneak a snack between cycles.
