If you have paper work or your kid has home work to work on this laundry warehouse got you cover. They have with chair attached to it that you can utilize. I used their wash and fold services and I also came over to wash and dry some clothes and I do not regret. Greta, the on duty assistant/manager, was there every step of the way to help me out. She is so professional and attentive that she stopped what she was doing to help me and other customers with questions concerns, and went back to complete her task flawlessly. There's space to sit with ample seating. The television is occasionally tuned to something worth watching but usually they play sitcoms or day time television - really depends on the day of the week. There is a vending machine and three stores nearby that all have coffee available for purchase. They have soap and other laundry needs available for purchase in house. The wash and fold business is plenty busy by the appearance of things. I like that the dryers are fast and dry relatively well. The price is the price and it seems to be on par with the rising cost of everything else in this economy. However, laundry needs for consumers are inelastic and thus that makes the prices mostly elastic to where you will spend because you need clean clothes. I say this with the most neutral point of view. I come in every week or every other week, wash my stuff and leave. The staff doesn't bother you. The location is clean and safe enough considering where the business is located and they try to be a positive fixture in the neighborhood. I can't ask for more than that.

The equipment has stayed the same throughout the years and it appears upkeep isn't top priority. A lot of the dryers have the black lining on the glass of the door falling off which in turn lets the heat out. I've seen people stuff dryer sheets into the places where the lining is missing but that doesn't help keep the heat. The customer is losing money since the machines aren't efficient. The washing machines themselves are dirty- the location to place your soaps and softeners is all clogged up with residue - those need a good cleaning and staff/owner can do that but they don't. It's rare you will find a staff member that is non Spanish speaking so communication when something is wrong is nonexistent. The area itself is going through a change and honestly I don't feel that safe going to this location like I used to. After a long time of coming here - I had to end it. I hope they renovate and or address maintenance issues.
