When I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected to Jennifer, who finalized my order--but in hindsight, that should have been my first warning sign. I had multiple locations that require dumpster services, but I refuse to give business to a company that treats its customers so poorly. I was not informed of a key policy upfront, yet when I called for pickup, I was told I had been--which was simply not true. Gina later called to confirm they would pick up the dumpster the same day, which I appreciated. However, during that call, she asked me to take down my review because it was making the company "look bad." She also insisted that no one had been rude to me because she had listened to the calls. When I expressed that this was a dismissive response, she replied, "Well, there's no pleasing you." This showed a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. Fortunately, I did not overfill the dumpster, but I do think they need to revise their guidelines on how much a 10-yard dumpster can realistically hold--it's very misleading. The one bright spot was Vito, who handled both the delivery and pickup. He was polite, answered all of my questions, and even apologized for the poor communication from the office staff. While I won't be using this company again, I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach to customer service. In today's world, a little kindness and respect go a long way--you never know what someone might be going through. I'm just one customer among thousands, but I hope my experience prompts some needed change.

Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!

As of now, no reimbursement has been issued for the $750 contractor repair quote, and I've spent far too much time trying to get a simple, straightforward resolution. What should have been a quick service has turned into weeks of frustration. I do not recommend this company.
