It would be one thing if it was half gone and I had it for a week, however it has been barely 24 hours and I hit the thing twice. So to hear I can't even have what I bought credited to a new vape was very frustrating. I don't like places with no client loyalty. They are always, ALWAYS friendly. The vibe is laid-back and welcoming. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their inventory. They take time to learn what we (the customer) prefer, which in turn makes their recommendations thoughtful and worth considering. If they are unfamiliar with a particular product (which doesn't happen often), they aren't afraid to admit it, but you can bet the next time you stop in they'll remember your question (even if you don't!) and they'll have the answer you need! The inventory: it's another reason love Xhale. The selection is good, the stock is mostly consistent, and the brands they feature are higher quality than the average vape shop fare. Prices are somewhat above average, but for me this is acceptable and balanced out by their business hours. Sure, you might find the same product for less at another shop, but not after 9pm you won't! I wasn't sure what I wanted flavor wise but he did his best to help me decide and I'm a very indecisive person lol. It was genuinely a fun experience. He made jokes, was sweet, and also very respectful. He helped me set everything up and explained the two coils it came with, what watts to use them at, how to get the most out of the coil etc. He was very informative and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone new to vaping. PRICE: Now price wise I can't compare to other shops in the area but mark-up on products were noted. The GeekVape H45 I bought for $60. I could have gotten it online for $37.99 HOWEVER shipping factored in I was looking at just under $55. So the mark-up is there but very little in reality. You're paying for convince AND they had every color option available. After some research I'd say prices are reasonable. ALSO Smoke Train offers 10% off for militarily and dependents!!
