I told him I was trying to vape less and eventually quit, and he refunded my FLUM and set me up with some new stuff that is way lower nicotine. Tries to push flavors you don't want on you and i understand he's trying to upsell to help business, but if i've already said no three times i expect him to listen at some point, i do not want to buy 3 vapes every time i go in. started going here regularly because it was cheap and close by, but they keep raising the prices and when you don't want to buy three at a time for a "better deal" they push and push and push. since the guy at the counter is a dick to me (especially when he isn't to my boyfriend when he goes in) and it's more expensive than other shops in the area i'm just gonna start going somewhere else. genuinely, ridiculous. counter guy obviously doesn't want to be there or care to do his job, oh! and the owner won't fire the counter guy probably ever because he's the owners nephew or something. i hope he knows it's driving away business.

However, the day I stepped into this store, I was looking for two items that can be persnickity to find. Humidor solution (propylene glycol) and whippets. I scored on both. Everything I needed, and nothing I didn't, that gets this smoke and novelty shop high marks in my book!

It's rare to find such great customer service from an employee that was genuinely excited to be helping me and you could also tell he really enjoyed his job too, which was so refreshing! Chris definitely deserves a raise or at least recognized for providing phenomenal Customer Service!!! Thank you so much Chris!
