OVERALL EXPERIENCE: (reusable devices and juice) Made the switch today from disposables to reusables. I have once before but I didn't like it, not sure if it was the juice or the device I went with. I wanted something that hit harder, as similar to a disposable device as possible. I believe I spoke with the owner, he was informative and took the time to help me decide on a device and a flavor. I wasn't sure what I wanted flavor wise but he did his best to help me decide and I'm a very indecisive person lol. It was genuinely a fun experience. He made jokes, was sweet, and also very respectful. He helped me set everything up and explained the two coils it came with, what watts to use them at, how to get the most out of the coil etc. He was very informative and I would 10/10 recommend this place to anyone new to vaping. PRICE: Now price wise I can't compare to other shops in the area but mark-up on products were noted. The GeekVape H45 I bought for $60. I could have gotten it online for $37.99 HOWEVER shipping factored in I was looking at just under $55. So the mark-up is there but very little in reality. You're paying for convince AND they had every color option available. After some research I'd say prices are reasonable. ALSO Smoke Train offers 10% off for militarily and dependents!! Some flavors do that to me idk it could be the switch from disposables or Watts. Flavor wise it's ok. Not a strong flavor but that's to be expected from salt nic The grape overpowers strawberry almost completely it taste like a sweeter cough syrup but a very airy version of it. This shop is fairly new. I consider myself lucky to have found such a great shop. The customer service is out of this world, and they have a wide variety of vapes and juice. Love this place. The Asian man who works the counter every time I come in is hilarious. He has a spiel ready for all the instructions when you buy a new vape. For the novo he tells you to wait 15 minutes after filling the new pod so it doesn't burn. No one told me this when I bought my other vape and it was nasty and burned! His advice was a great help. I've been to quite a few vape shops in the area, and many have sold me bad coils, over charge for juice, broken something they're supposed to have fixed, or tried to sell me things I didn't want. I'm so glad I discovered this place because one of the guys there (not sure of his name, but everyone that's helped me has also been nice) fixed a vape that had been broken, fixed two leaky tanks, and answered all of the many questions I had. When they fix things they explain everything to you so you understand, and they don't judge people who are new to vaping and don't quite get everything about it yet. They have a large selection of juices, and plenty of different vapes. They also sell glass items and pipes, along with tobacco. Very convenient one stop shop, and extremely helpful and nice.
