The State of Things and my biggest take away=…read more --Some of the Staff here are above average, both in terms of affect, style and knowledge. - Other's are adequate, and honestly that is good enough. - A bit of a smaller percentage are flat, info you get is phoned in or they clearly give themselves too much free license in being a stoner- while at Work*- it's annoying and it's confusing.. - Growing too tired of waiting on things that 'we are ordering but'- [but] yeah has 3 different meanings depending on who you talk to and the bottom line- I am tired of being at the mercy of your Ordering psychology. - The Happy Hour, your evolved (sic) terminology and criteria for a "points" system reminds one of a failed Safeway- the later being one of the most avoided entities in the city. Conclusion: It may just be the state of things on that side of Aurora or just for my city, for which buying many things is harder than going without- but I have a feeling this place is going down.

This place is wack. I made an order online for a cartridge. I came in and the guy showed me the…read moreitem and scanned it and I had to tell HIM that that was the wrong product- he had brought out the disposable from the same brand, not the cartridge. He went back and came out with the correct cartridge. I paid for my stuff and left. I got home looked at my receipt and I was charged for the price of the disposable- not the cartridge. This is just lazy and disappointing and does NOT make me want to return there. I called the store and all I was told was "come back in with a receipt". It was a price difference I can afford but what the heck people, not only did you try to give me a product that I did NOT ask for but then you charge me for the more expensive product that I didn't buy? Taking my money?? make it make sense :( Some of the staff seems to struggle with attention to detail which is unfortunate for a company selling specific and high shelf products. Been coming here the last two plus years and this is not the first issue like this. Please do better

The customer service is great, they smile at you and are friendly while they rip you off with a…read morebogus selection of "what you were looking for" when in reality they grab the worst example of an Oz they carry in the store and when you say you don't want a bag of stems and leaves they tell you that it's going to set you back 50 to 60 MORE dollars than you initially wanted to pay. So after 3 years of getting jerked around by the people running the place I walked across the street asked for the same thing, the bud-tender brought out 3 options all within 10 dollars of what I asked for, I ended up with something better and cheaper than I wanted. I've gotten bags from this place that had TOYS inside to make the bag look bigger, like you thing you are getting a full bag but it's half full and they fill the rest out with little pins to put on your crocs if you even own then, the bud tenders never mentioned this, and the packaging left it out too, this place has gone from my go-to shop to one of the shadiest, sorriest, lousiest examples of a dispensary I have ever had the displeasure of frequenting. If you aren't a bud-tender yourself or VERY knowledgeable on the subject of herb, then you WILL be ripped off at this place, simple as, they will lie to your face, they will cheat you out of your money, and thanks to the post-prohibition era you can't even get a refund.

One, there is a discount if you pick up really late at night or really early in the morning and two, it can get a little busy, especially on weekends. I will forever be singing blink182s I miss you about the budtender, Landon, who worked there like a year ago. Loved them, seriously the coolest person ever.
