The shop offers online ordering, which is great! Unfortunately on multiple occasions they have charged substantially higher prices in store compared to the order placed on their online store. When asked about this the staff simply say "we have nothing to do with the online shop" which is understandable, but not a particularly valid excuse. Honor your posted prices. Where do I begin. I have never been more disrespected in my entire life then by this man who worked at this place. My boyfriend and I had parked our car in the parking lot after getting gas at the Texaco in the same parking lot, because we're not from the area and we were waiting for the ferry terminal to head back to Seattle. We saw the weed shop and thought perfect let's get a few joints and head back. My boyfriend was charging his phone in the car so he could use Apple Pay inside the store. We were parked for no longer then 10 minutes while he was charging his phone and this man comes out and tells us we are loitering and he was going to call the police and have us trespassed!!! I was absolutely shocked. He wouldn't listen to anything we were saying. I was extremely calm trying to explain what we were doing and he was having none of it. We kept saying we are trying to give you business we just had to charge our phone so we could use Apple Pay and he refused and said he would call the police if we refused to leave! I could not believe what I was hearing. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this man. We were doing absolutely nothing wrong. He was acting as if we had just committed a crime or something and we were simply charging our phone! He was a larger older man with dark hair and I think he had some tattoos. Cannot believe the audacity of him. I'd give zero stars if I could. This man seemed unstable and like he loved having the power to threaten us with law enforcement. It was bonkers read more

When it comes to dispensaries these guys do it right! Bright beautiful displays. Very helpful, patient and friendly handlers. They have every variety of cannabis you could possibly want from the put it in your pipe and smoke it to edibles, beverages and teas. Pre rolled and pre packed pipes available as well. Two year customer ~ will never go back. Greeter at the door always has a bad attitude. Today tried to return a cartridge that would not draw. Had packaging and receipt. Asked if cartridge had ever been left on it's side. When I said yes, he said that is operator error and invalidates manufactures warranty. 1) packaging of cartridge had no such warning 2) sales person who recommended this cartridge to me did not mention to never let cartridge go less than vertical. I already had bought a new battery pack thinking that was the issue. Over this total lack of customer service and basic common curtesy, they have lost a long term customer over a $30.00 cartridge. Very friendly people, I don't get the bro vibe you get from most shops which is good! I bought a disposable oil cartridge that didn't taste well or work right but they were willing to exchange it out for me. They have some high quality oil that I exchange for and live! There main menu hasn't been updated in almost a month and when I called they simply answered by saying "hey"and not telling me "this is agate dreams" so I had to ask is this agate dreams or did I just call some dudes cell phone, I asked about the menu and they said there menu that was updated almost a month ago is all they have so I won't be shopping here anytime soon, terrible customer service.
