ATMs are on-site for those who do not have cash to purchase products. Discovery Bay Cannabis is unique in its train dwelling with a few uncommon products that larger dispensaries do not carry. Overall, Discovery Bay Cannabis was a welcome detour and we will stop by each time when we are in the area.

Buds Garage used to be my go-to shop, hosting a wide collection and offering expert customer…read moreservice but they're unfortunately not what they used to be anymore. Most of the staff is friendly, but in the past few visits I overheard them talking poorly of customers who had either just walked out or telling stories of a bad customer from a day before. Because of this I'm now usually in and out, I don't want to talk with them. Today I tried returning a defective cartridge for the second time ever. I usually buy 2 vapes per week and have only had to return something once but had zero issue before. This time was different. The guy with a ponytail came out saying he wouldn't accept it without even talking to me, then made up three more reasons why he wouldn't take it after further discussion. One of the reasons was that it was slightly less than halfway full. I explained that it exploded in my mouth and then in my bag on a hike over the weekend, and he said he didn't care. I'm understanding that people try to rip them off a lot but even the employee next to him seemed confused by this guy's attitude. She was apologetic as I walked out and he walked off shaking his head, which was the exact way he showed up so... not the best customer service. Bottom line, the recent experiences have driven me to find a different store as of today.

**Herbs House: A Dispensary of Supreme Quality, But an Unforgivable Absence of Peaches and Herb**…read more Let's start with the obvious: **Herbs House is a triumph of cannabis excellence**, a dispensary so finely tuned to the art of herbal perfection that walking through its doors feels like stepping into a curated museum of premium strains. The flower? **Pristine.** Each bud is a masterpiece, cultivated with a level of care that suggests **ancient alchemists are secretly employed behind the scenes**. The edibles? **Mind-blowing.** The concentrates? **Smooth, potent, and deeply satisfying--like poetry in vapor form.** The staff? **Exceptional.** They know their products inside and out, guiding customers through the selection **with the wisdom of seasoned herbal philosophers**. Their recommendations are **spot-on**, their enthusiasm **contagious**, and their service **flawless**. And yet--**despite their absolute mastery in cannabis culture**, Herbs House has neglected one fundamental truth: **they do not play Peaches and Herb. Ever.** Now, let's talk about Peaches and Herb. Peaches and Herb--**an iconic duo, a force of smooth soul and rhythmic brilliance**. Their music is **joyous, timeless, the very essence of harmony and groove**. They gifted the world with **"Reunited," a song so powerful, so effortlessly perfect, that it could end international conflicts if given the right opportunity**. Their melodies? **Silky smooth.** Their harmonies? **Effortlessly flawless, like the perfect pairing of complementary cannabis strains.** So why--**WHY**--does Herbs House **not** play Peaches and Herb? Could you imagine browsing a pristine selection of premium cannabis while "Shake Your Groove Thing" subtly sets the mood in the background? **It would be transcendent. It would be legendary. It would be a pairing so perfect that reality itself might tilt slightly to accommodate the sheer balance of herb and groove.** And yet... **silence.** It is a void, an absence, **an irony that defies logic**. A place called **Herbs House**--offering nothing but premium herb--**but without Peaches and Herb?** It is both **a missed opportunity and a mystery that will haunt the ages.** Still, despite this glaring oversight, Herbs House remains **an undeniable powerhouse in the world of cannabis**. Five stars--**and an open plea to embrace the musical genius of Peaches and Herb before it's too late.**

This place is wack. I made an order online for a cartridge. I came in and the guy showed me the…read moreitem and scanned it and I had to tell HIM that that was the wrong product- he had brought out the disposable from the same brand, not the cartridge. He went back and came out with the correct cartridge. I paid for my stuff and left. I got home looked at my receipt and I was charged for the price of the disposable- not the cartridge. This is just lazy and disappointing and does NOT make me want to return there. I called the store and all I was told was "come back in with a receipt". It was a price difference I can afford but what the heck people, not only did you try to give me a product that I did NOT ask for but then you charge me for the more expensive product that I didn't buy? Taking my money?? make it make sense :( Some of the staff seems to struggle with attention to detail which is unfortunate for a company selling specific and high shelf products. Been coming here the last two plus years and this is not the first issue like this. Please do better

Conclusion: It may just be the state of things on that side of Aurora or just for my city, for which buying many things is harder than going without- but I have a feeling this place is going down.
