Natures Gifts customer service is always good, and today I was extra impressed. Ryan was my bud-tender. He easily found (many) products that met our criteria, worked perfectly, and was ON SALE!! He even shared a secret to deal with a problem I've had. Ryan explained ALL the upcoming sales. Basically, they have great sales on various things, every day- 365 days per year! Ryan even helped me place items on hold that would be on sale tomorrow! This is excellent customer service. Budtenders, i are usually friendly and enthusiastic, sometimes they're knowledgeable and (if you're lucky) you'll get something on sale. Ryan made all that happen at the same time!
