While shopping, I stated to my friends (who I brought to to the store for their first time) -- "it's the first Friday!". The bud tender replied with, "now that you said that out loud -- ALL CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE ARE INELIGIBLE FOR DISCOUNT"!!!!!!! I was made to feel like an asshole when I was excited to spend money and support this business. She said that the policy is to whisper it out checkout -- even tho it's advertised as a discount on their board. Would you go into a bar excited for happy hour and then have the bar tender say you don't get happy hour since you said it's "happy hour" out load among other bar patrons?!?
