Yes, the signs say "no returns" however, I figured, what happened to me is wild, and she HAS to understand. NOPE. She even went as far as to blame and accuse me. I tried to get her to offer me an exchange since I knew she wouldn't allow me to return it, nope. I bought this little bubbler. The simplest one I could find. It was labeled for $9.99. It was tiny and barely going to work, but it would get the job done, and I wanted something I could put water in. It was a necessity! So, I buy it. I get home fill it up with water, getting ready. Then I have to use the restroom. So, I set it down, I'll be right back. I come back and there's water around the base. I was like hmm, maybe I leaked some when filling it and didn't dry it all the way. So I dried it all off and set it down again. Same thing. It was leaking so slow though I could barely tell. So with water remaining inside I put the bubbler inside a snack size McFlurry cup, and let it sit. The water continued to drip out. So, I'm like well, I can at least hope that they will understand when I show them and explain that I haven't even used it, and it's clearly not broken. It has a leak somewhere, but I couldn't for the life of me see where it could be! She starts saying "you take it out of here and I don't know what you did.." I said excuse me? I brought it home and filled it with water and couldn't even set it on the shelf because it's leaking water. I did not raise my voice but I was firm. She simply pointed to sign and began repeating herself and refusing anything I proposed as a solution. I said all the other ones over there like this may leak too, and you're not going to do anything about that??! Points at the sign..
I said fine, but I am not coming back here, not for my cigarettes, not for a drink, nothing. She said, okay bye.
Just rude, disrespectful and no thought for the customer at all! No want to try and make it right. She was keeping my money, period.
