Dear Business Owner, I sent an email with this experience, but am not sure who it went to (is Erin the business owner?) or if it was even received so I will leave this here since the reviews are clearly moderated. I was mainly unhappy with this service due to both the difficulty to reach someone and difficulty to get what I asked for. The sales level of your employees is very poor, this is worse considering that it seems they are stationed here and are not hindered by language barriers as well as being paid competitively. To start, I had ordered from the Lacey listed address, so I assumed it was in or coming from Lacey... later found out it comes from Sheldon which proposed some issues with the delivery later since it seems the drivers leave at 9 or 10 AM. I had relayed that I wanted the silver chalice type vase depicted in the Silver Christmas and Wondrous Holiday designs to the first lady I spoke with. The lady stated this was fine and even put it on the order so I saw it on the confirmation email receipt later. I also wanted the Christmas house and tree piece on the Kinkade. I even asked to find just anything similar or Christmas themed objects to put on the flowers. It was like she had no clue of the products. I was willing to pay much more extra, she still couldn't figure out how to do this which was fine I suppose but also the start of much more frustrations later. Keep in mind, if she has any type of moderate sales experience she probably could have even sold me the kinkade at a discount. I said I would call back later to confirm and make sure the order was set for the day after. I called early the next morning, I spoke to a lady who took me through all the steps just to tell me she literally cannot do anything, no matter what I asked she said she had to wait for the office to open at 9 am. She was however able to tell me that despite the previous lady confirming, that there was no chalice vase put on my order which I also saw in the confirmation picture text which you can't even reach anyone to respond to or edit (despite the picture telling you to call if you have issues). And nothing regarding the Christmas house. She told me the deliveries are end of day so my wife could literally get this at night when I'd already be home.. Haha. I was pretty upset by that as the other lady did not mention this and I assumed it would reasonably be morning or afternoon delivery like the other 40-45 flower companies I have used in my experience. Luckily the one thing she had power to do was request an AM delivery. Anyways, so why is there a call center for a call center..? Just have it go to voicemail and state the hours are closed until 9 am... This was a whole waste of time and inconvenience. The first lady should confirm the actual delivery times before taking payment. Anyways, I said that was fine and I called back at 9:06 AM, I got yet another different lady and guess what she told me? She says that all the reps are busy and to call back later, hahaha. So the call center directed me to yet ANOTHER call center lady. Seriously, just use an automated system--even Google voice will save you thousands per year. I finally called back after 10am, I gave the lady the gist of the aforementioned story, she apologized that the silver vase wasn't put there properly and that she cannot change it since the delivery just departed. In total, I spoke with three or four different reps for a small local based company now. The quality of the flowers itself was okay, they looked much better online but this is fairly normal. There was nothing that made me think your company went above and beyond on them. This is a small quirk, but I also assumed they might text the number I gave them to let them know there's a delivery outside or something, the guy rang the doorbell once and just put them there so she never saw them until I told her to go outside. In truth, it is mainly about the customer service and experience, we all know the flowers die in a couple of weeks. It is the level of care in the service that actually lasts and maybe the last lady I talked to kind of sounded like she cared but at that point it was too late.

I was sent a picture of the arrangement and it had lilies in it and they looked old and the arrangement was disappointing. I contacted them immediately and talked to an older gal who wasn't very nice. She said they would take out the lilies, and I asked for a picture of the completed arrangement. I waited...and never got a picture. I then called them back and talked to a nice gal and told them I rather the flowers not be delivered if they looked anything like the first picture. The nice lady said they would have redone a new arrangement if I wasn't happy, but I was never given that option on the first phone call I made, even though I told her the arrangement looked embarrassing. I was told that the arrangement was already out for delivery. Ugh! What my friend received looked pathetic. Not happy at all with this purchase. It's a lot of white flowers with brown tips. This is NOT a pretty arrangement at all. I'm sorry I spent $100 on this transaction. It's a bummer to spend half the day worrying, texting and calling. They did NOT make a second design for me, even though William said so. What a shady business.

I don't think I have seen more beautiful blooms anywhere else! I love that it was heavily focused on local small businesses, farmers, and FOOD. We stopped for a few bites along the way and were blown away every time. So good. This market is huge and stretches for a few blocks, so be sure to come early and give yourself ample time to explore. Also, with it being in Ballard, there are a ton of cool, hipster shops to browse while you're in the area.

Subsequently, I lost some interest since I don't live nearby. While I was in Ballard on a recent Sunday, I rushed to the market to see if it was still open. Officially, it was not; they closed at 2pm. But they were still packing up. I believe they are not allowed to sell after the official closing time; I asked one vendor, they declined. The staff wants the streets to reopen as soon as possible. As I walked the two blocks, several vendors still have some items on display on their tables. With a bit of wink, wink, accidentally dropping cash on the table and accidentally taking things off the table, I walked away with goodies. I won't say what I bought to avoid anyone getting into trouble. Street parking was easy enough nearby on a Sunday.

I am a relative newbie to the myriad and gargantuan number of options, especially for those of us diy minded/leap in with both feet first and without guidance types, that there are for using a vaporizer to get a nicotine fix. Not to mention that personal preference is hands down the most prevalent factor of the inconsistent and contradictory information I have so far been able to dredge up from the bottomless pit of chaos that is the Internet. In this Age of Information it's hard to easily sift through all that data. You can't see the forest; there's too many damn trees! From forums(Beware paid for product Hype Men!), YouTube videos, how to blogs, ect. It's nice (and less frustrating!) to have a guide. Less than five minutes after walking into Vapor It in Silverdale with my busted iclear 30b tank, I snapped the threading on its plastic tank(Pyrex, Pyrex, Pyrex) after a few Pliny's smuggled back from Santa Rosa in a friends luggage I was getting excellent advice and service fom Robert who was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being condescending. Which is all too prevalent, I have found, in some of the other shops I have been to. I've been to other shops with a larger selection and that were closer. I could care less. Vapor It has quality merchandise, advice, and most importantly, in my opinion, you aren't going to leave without either what you wanted, what you needed or the information to get both. Go there. First off. This place has always treated me well. Great service. The employees really make you feel welcome, and they teach you about everything you ask about. The owner, Lynn is like the Mother of Vape. Such a kind, and loving person, who truly cares about her customers. If you aren't satisfied, or want a specific juice in a different size not normally carried she will order it for you and call when it's there. Pricing is fair, considering the service you receive and selection. If you want to go somewhere new, maybe for your new vape home, consider Vapor It you're home away from home for all your Vaping needs. I've never been let down, and they've always took care of me. Have a problem with a mod? If it's a failure on manufacturing, 9/10 times they'll exchange it. Don't know if you like the juice? Try literally everything in the store, they won't mind, and in fact they'll do their best to find out your flavor palette. Just need help, installing something, have questions? Just come in, or call and they'll cater to your needs. All in all, I'll never go anywhere else. read more

This shop is by far, the best around. The service there is great, they're extremely friendly and always willing to help you with any questions you may have. Every time I have gone in, even just for a few things, any one of their great employees greet me on my entrance and assist me up until I leave the building, unless there was another customer in need of assistance. The owner in particular is great, he's extremely knowledgeable and has shown me the ups and downs of the more extreme side of building coils and what to do when it comes to that. The selection of juice they have is pretty large, it's as good, if not better than any other shop around. They have all of the supplies you could need for any type of mod. And the prices are decent, not too pricey and not cheap enough to worry you. Overall I absolutely love this shop and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my vaping needs. I've worked in retail for over 7 years so I know what good service is and this place has it. I've never had one bad experience, they treat me like family. Very knowledgable, great juices, and great mods for the price. Nice to find a place that sells authentics as well as clones and has great prices on them all. I see some of these bad reviews and I think "how?" I have spent hours upon hours in this store looking at items and everyone that comes in seems to be treated with respect. One thing I will say being a retail supervisor is people are always a lot more willing to complain then compliment. So don't take these few bad reviews to heart to much. Drew, Cody & Jeremy know what they are doing and are happy to teach you without making you feel "dumb" and I really appreciate that. You'll have my business guys! read more

The service and selection are outstanding. Im pretty new to vaping and the staff lead me in the right direction for everything i needed to make huge clouds. I come by the shop at least once a week for juice and new items. I havent been to another vape shop in the kitsap area that has a wider selection of juice. All of the testers and drip bottles are low nic so you get a good idea of the flavor. They also offer a military discount. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needed vape supplies or fluid. read more

They have a great selection of juices, and anything you need from beginner vaporizers to mods.
