Stopped here on a whim because I needed a new 510 thread battery. the owner (i assume) was extremely helpful in showing me the MANY options they have as well as giving a few helpful suggestions. Screw this place , I've come here for 4 years off and on when I'm in the area . I went today to get a new vape and when I was being rung out I saw the price was $30 . I politely declined and apologized for waisting his time but where I live I can get the same vape for $17 . He then tried to offer me a different vape and I again politely declined and thanked him for his time . He proceeded to tell me to go F myself and to never come back . BEWARE!!! Do NOT buy anything here. This owner is an angry man and he cussed my husband and I out. We came in to buy a vape and had barely made it to the counter to start looking at the wide selection of choices when out of nowhere the owner says to us that he needs to leave to pick up his lunch. I was shocked. I quickly picked a random flavor and my husband met him at the register ready to pay and says to him 'oh you need to take a break' like in a nice way, and he threw the receipt at my husband and yelled over and over again 'Welcome to Ballard!! Unexpected HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The One Stop Smoke Shop does not back their products! I had been a customer of this establishment for numerous years but will not be any longer. I went in to return a faulty product (it did not work properly AND leaked) which I had recently purchased there, and when I politely asked for a replacement, he gestured towards the door and asked me to leave. He is VERY friendly when you are handing him $s, but when asked to support the products he sells, he turned SUPER SURLY and just plain RUDE. I will no do business here and suggest others don't either if you expect good customer service and for them to back the products they sell. One of the best shops in all of Seattle. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable when it comes to coils and tanks. Muzammal is typically manning the counter and he is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to buy with. Don't be fooled by the photos, they have a large (and awesome) juice selection. Not to mention some of the cheapest coils and tanks I have encountered. read more

These guys are great. They really go out of their way to help their customers. I bought a Smok Tech unit that turned out to have a partially defective battery, as is common. They were happy to handle the return and saved me having to send the unit back to the manufacturer. They get a lot of points here. Vape equipment often comes defective and is difficult to return. I usually give people a second chance however, with my experience in this shop, I regretted I went in there again. the first time wasn't great and I was made to hurry up with choosing a vape flavor after about a minute in! my second time, the employee or owner (I don't care) was extremely rude and made a remark that was extremely judgmental and borderline racist; something I've never experienced here in Seattle or USA ever in my life. I bought a 1600 puff bar and it was leaking everywhere, he gave me 2 more to try and they all did the same thing before he gave me a puff that was less expensive. Went way out of my way just to come to this place to see if they sell Kratom. I was literally in this place for like three minutes until I was rudely talk to. The guy that works there is absolutely horrible. Always in a bad mood and enforcing weird new rules that don't make sense. Won't answer simple questions about vapes etc. and gets mad if you ask a question and don't quite know what you want to buy. Gets upset when people look at the selection for too long. Wouldn't serve me because I had my hood on on a rainy, windy day when there were literally 4-5 other people in the store with ski masks or masks and hats on when I'm a regular customer and the guy knows I don't need to steal anything. He tried to make me feel stupid and tried to lecture me about how it's bad to go in anywhere with a hood on. Like dude we live in Seattle I go inside places with a hood on literally all the time and nobody even bats an eye.
