Old fella behind the counter scoffed and scowled when asked "Do you have vape batteries? 18650's, Panasonic?" He only seemed familiar with Elf bars and kept waving them at me. Finally I found a few 18650's in the case. He took them out and sold them, all the while pissed off I didn't use a magic word to describe - yes, batteries for vaping. If I visited a cigar store and the only employee didn't know what a "light" meant, would I be back? No.

After my last review, the owner reached out to me to try to set things right. I entertained the idea, but didn't go back. Last week I walked by One Stop Smoke. The owner was outside, he remembered my name, and for a second I felt bad for not having altered or updated my review. 'He really cares about his business,' I thought. I then came back to Yelp and saw the review by Paige R. from June 2018. Apparently the problem still works there and he's still a prick and I stand by my original review. The owner is very nice, but his employee is doing damage to his business. I've seen the guy with other customers, and he's got a following, so maybe it's only a certain kind of guy or person he's a genuine prick to. So if you're fortunate enough to receive decent customer service from the douchey guy, well, you're in the big leagues. Lucky you! I'm not sure why I'm adding the extra star, I don't want to give anyone a hard time, but I don't exactly enjoy being treated like crap when I'm spending money somewhere or just trying to become a satisfied customer who wants to exchange a lemon for a working product. To hear that it's still happening is what i don't get. If you want to set things right with me, either set someone straight or unload the dead weight. read more
