The owner of this establishment is absolutely fantastic. She is a sweet heart. In fact, I have been purchasing cigars from her over the past few years, as the shop is very close to my home. I also used to work for the business next door, Garlic Jim's Famous Gourmet Pizza (which if you are looking for the best local pizza delivery, they are it. Don't get your pizza from anyone else, because I will guarantee you will be disappointed.). As such, I have been frequenting the Edmonds Smoke Shop for quite a while. The staff will take amazing care of you, the product selection is great, and the store is clean, cute, and efficiently run. If you are in the Edmonds area, and in need of any smokes, smoking accessories, or other related paraphernalia, this is your business to check out. I also want to tell a quick and heart-warming story that happened last week: The owner of this shop is such a genuine, compassionate, and giving individual, that she displayed a random act of kindness towards me the other day. I walked into her shop one morning to purchase a couple of premium cigars. While I was in there, she was cleaning and organizing her store, and rearranging products and inventory, due to both the COVID-19 situation as well as just general housekeeping needs. Because the middleman distributors that supply these smoke shops, shop owners tend to get lots of merchandise from the cigar companies, cigarette companies, etc., and sometimes these shops will end up with all kinds of trinkets and cool merchandise. The shop owner had been given a set of beautiful etched whiskey glasses, and an ash tray from one of the higher end cigar labels she carries in her store. The name of this cigar company is called the Aging Room. Their Quattro Torpedo cigar was featured in the top 25 rated cigars by Cigar Aficionado magazine in 2019. I was getting ready to buy my cigars, and knowing that I was a big cigar and whiskey snob, the owner asked me if I would like to have the glasses and ash tray set for free. I felt bad, and didn't want to take it off her hands, and asked if I could pay her for it. She insisted I take it, with a big smile on her face. This kind of attention to detail, compassion, love, customer service, and generosity, is the reason I will always support her as a small business. I have noticed recently that the Vape selection has gone WAY UP lately! They now carry two of my favorite juice lines, SJC and Artist Liquids! I would recommend coming here for your spur of the moment vape supplies. This is a great location for average Smoker/Vaper. The selection is very easy to choose from. You won't get bogged down with what item to buy or which one is the best. What you will get is an easy in and out experience. Which in all reality is what most of us want anyways. The customer service is always friendly for me, but then again I am an easy going person. They are an extremely easy location to get to, right off edmonds way, and there is always parking. I was really excited about this smoke shop the first time I found it on yelp/online. Being new to the north end I was pretty let down with the selection in the area and was tired of going to the U-District or Seattle for all my tobacco/smoke accessory needs. But of course that is too good to be true! Read on for more details.. This shop is run by a rude guy with no customer service or integrity. I purchased a defective water pipe, which cost me sixty dollars, it was a present for my boyfriend who later let me know that the "double percolator" bit was not working correctly. The glass piece had an imperfection on the inside, a small hole which caused a leak from the chamber. When I attempted to return the item the owner said it wouldn't be possible, even after I showed him he was defective.. when all I wanted was an exchange. This place obviously isnt a great place to buy glass, and if you do want to buy glass water pipes I recommend going to a place that sells only that. Really sad that this place didnt work out, the owner was very very rude to me, I am unsure why the other review says he is nice? I remember him yelling at his kids like a jerk when I went in to purchase the glass water pipe. See the flagged reviews- they are obviously written by the owner of the establishment. This shop is usually well stocked. They carry alittle of everything. Cigarettes, loose tobacco, cigars, pipes, vaporizers, incense, lighters, butane, and special items for other types of tobacco. The man that works here is always friendly and helpful. This is your friendly neighborhood smoke shop and they are willing to please their customers. Bought a vap pen there. It didn't work so I tried to get them to exchange it or at least take a look at it to see what was wrong. Their response: "ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!" I'll never set foot in the place again and hope they go out of business soon. Such slimy people! read more

this stores customer service has declined rapidly since new management has taken over. It is managed by a husband and wife and another relative. The wife is pleasant but the husband is downright adversarial. The older gentleman is the best because he just rings you up and your on your way. The husband is bad for business. He must not realize if a customer leaves unhappy you didn't lose a sale you lose a customer. Whats more important? standing your ground on ¢75 ? Or continued revenue from a regular customer ? what happened to the customers always right? The previous owner was well liked and friendly. Because he was willing to make you the best deal . He would meet or beat any ones prices. The way the store is now I hate shopping for cigarettes here . I liked this store but now I would shop anywhere else.
