Excellent service. Cute shop with a huge selection. Had a deal going on for 2 vapes for $40, good value. Chat with the guy behind the counter, you won't regret it, great stories! read more

This place has been my go-to for the past 3 years. I've seen a few people come and go, but Andrew is by far the BEST thing that has happened to this store. I've never been 100% disappointed, and even when I was, there was a way around the issue. I will forever get my vapey supplies here! read more

Love this place. This location has a good selection, but is somewhat geared towards the newcomers of vaping. I usually see people walking away with Egos and other pen-type vapes. Nonetheless, the staff is extremely helpful and quite patient during every step of the process when introducing new products to you. For example, Eugene took the time help me build a Kayfun tank after buying one from this shop. He didn't have to do that. I could've spent the time watching Youtube videos to get started, but we had it up and running within less than an hour. That was much appreciated. You will pay a bit more than what you get on the 'net, but it's worth having someone do the quality check for you at ecignvape, since there's so much junk on the internet. Since this place has a lot going for it already, I hope it see more selection in regards to juices (Higher VG than PG for drippers) and other components. Keep cloud chasin'. read more

Good selection of quality products and very knowledgeable staff. We went in to pick up a new Ego for my friend who was new to vaping. They spent tample time showing us the differences between all their products and made recommendations based on need, not on profit. They also had samples of everything (using sterile disposable mouthpieces) which was a nice touch. Deducted 1 star because they did seem a little overpriced but hey, everyone's gotta make a living. I buy all of my vape supplies online so I may be a but biased. Overall it was a friendly, well presented experience! read more

This shop has a great combination of gear suited to the beginner as well as mech's and rba's for the more advanced. Great selection of juices. The shining star of the shop is the manager Eugene, he is knowledgable, enthusiastic and always willing to help new customers as well as regulars. read more

The person that helped me on Saturday was a complete mess. She had just came back from vacation and was still obviously in vacation mode. Person was not knowledgeable in her own store's juices and couldn't even tell me what was in it. I've asked for juices that are more in VG than PG and she directed me to her juices saying that they are all 70/30 VG/PG. I bought 3 bottles and tried it all at home and found that they were not even close to 70/30. Scammers. Lets others know to not trust anything from this shop without a proper label and percentages. That way we could sue for misleading customers in substance contents. read more

Prices on juice are ridiculously high here. 15 dollars for 15ml house juice is almost twice as expensive as other vape stores.

Adia (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) who works here on Saturdays is so awesome. Remembered my flavor and nicotine level after helping me maybe once weeks before and also got the 60ml bottles special ordered for me without even asking! I came back in to stock up and was pleasantly surprised to find 60ml bottles of my favorite flavor! Awesome customer service! read more

This shop is awesome! The guys working there are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I came in with no idea how to coil my new hybrid vape they took the time to build it for me and show me how to do it myself next time around. Free of charge! Couldn't ask for more. The shop makes their own juices which I purchased a few and must say they are excellent quality and produce massive vapor clouds! Thank you guys for all the help and I will be back as soon as I run out of juice! Give this shop a try you will be very pleased with it! read more

I was looking to quit smoking and completely clueless on vaping. These guys are super friendly and answered all my questions and questions I didn't know about asking. Getting an understanding of the whole spectrum of vaping options, without any kind of pressure from the guys, really helped me make an educated decision on which device and juices fit my lifestyle. I'm happy with my purchase and VERY happy I haven't touched a cigarette since! read more

I have been in retail in one form or another for about 20 years and these guys get it. I liked their willingness to assist their guests, product knowledge, and professionalism. I recommend them highly. read more

Went in here today because I am trying to give up cigarettes, and decided to try vaping my nicotine instead. The guy behind the counter (I didn't get his name) let me try some samples of different flavors and different vape units before I made a purchase. He walked me through how to set it up, how to fill it, and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. I will most definitely be going back here for my future vape needs, and will recommend this place to anyone looking for a similar product.. Tons of options, and a very personal experience. Thanks guys!! read more

Great guy behind the counter. He's very helpful & knowledgeable. Just wish they carried Two Peas in a Pod #8.

Andrew was very kind , outgoing and helpful. He helped me remix a bottle of e vap juice so that it was the correct mixture for my new vape machine. I am not generally happy spending money on expensive electronics, however l was very happy to buy the juice and new vape machine from Andrew because he was honest and trustworthy and it was very obvious he cares about his customers well being and happiness with the products they purchase. I will never shop anywhere else for my vape needs unless in an emergency situation. Thanks again Andrew for your unbelievable customer service and caring attitude! See you soon to buy my new favorite vap juice milk and honey. read more
