This company hires rude and unprofessional people as their "security guards". Belligerent, disrespectful, and demeaning was this guy's modus operandi. Aggressive from the very first interaction, another one of the "clowns" mentioned in another's review. Offensive to multiple generations of our party, from the 80 yr. old grandmas to men and women in their 40s. I'd like to let the owners and business managers of the property, Marina Pacifica, know that he told us to go shop at another location across town. He didn't care about the tenants--he just wanted to wield his badgeless power. Wouldn't give a name and had no badge number. Would only say a.m. shift at Marina Pacifica. He took photos of our license plates to stalk our cars as he rolled around in his golf cart. It turns out he was wrong, and our permits did allow us to park there. Stay away from hiring GSC security. This security guard from this company was very unprofessional and claims "it's an officers job to deescalate a situation", from my understanding I thought that is what they get paid for. He also made various comments as far as "are you on pornhub can I watch?" "I went to clown college you should try it". All we were trying to do was get a refund for items that we had paid for and were getting constantly denied and harassed by this security while trying to do so. Adam pix needs to be a bit more professional and not take everything as a "joke" as he kept referring to the situation as this. Sadly this experience makes me no longer feel safe here or wanna shop here. read more

I was treated unfairly . Worked as a guard for months there I kept going in when they didn't have guards I really did a good job and suddenly they cut my hours to only 2 days and no one even sent me the schedules . Jose snapped at me when I asked questions . Andrew was also kinda passive aggressive and nasty towards me . I get it he was probably under a lot of stress but still not ok . Never talked things out with me . Another employee kept calling out and still does weekly ye when I did this behavior I was cut hours . It was extremely unfair when I called him out he said I wasn't being treated unfairly . I just felt my partner Patrick and this other individual were treated better . Yet he even took multiple days off . I was also shorted on my last final check and I was given the green light to use sick pay . another one was this other guy was terrible to all guards he would sit in his car for hours and drink ect . And come back with a totally hyper personality . Then suddenly be really rude . Everyone had issues with this person yet they kept him . This company was awful . & I hope they do better . Don't come for an interview here in 7250 Beverly blvd. It's a waste of time I was only there for about 10 minutes for the interview. I did note the receptionist over the phone that I had no past experience in the office position I had applied for and they said that was fine. The only question the interviewer had was where did I live! This company is terrible. read more

These guys are scumbags. Parked in the Whole Foods parking lot across the street from the Grove. Obviously it took a while but as I came out I saw them writing me a ticket. I ran over to the guy to explain how I wasn't any where near the 90 min parking limit but he literally ran off on his golf cart and would not speak to me. On the "citation they said I was over the time limit but have no record of what time I left the vehicle to begin with (conveniently leaving this space blank on the ticket).Luckily I got back before the tow truck came. By far the best security company in all of southern California. They truly take the time to make sure you have the right guard at the right time/post. I personally witnessed 1 guard who helped an older woman put a 50 pound bag of rice in her car, how she got it in the cart in the first place i don't know, but kudos to that guard that helped. read more
