There's a ms Rodriguez shes on it every detail and another guy that rides by continuously in the evenings, checking on stuff and super nice lady Christine it's nice having security that's paying attention. We appreciate you. read more

Black Knight Patrol - Enjoying the promenade thanks for keeping it safe. - Security Services Near Me - Long Beach, California

I applied about a month ago, completed the onboarding process, and downloaded all required apps for payroll, clocking in and out, and job site management. Since then, I haven't heard back from the company, despite sending multiple follow up emails asking about the next steps in the hiring process. I was interviewed, received an offer letter, signed all the required documents, and have now been left waiting for over a month with no communication. I'm not sure how this happens. After looking through Reddit, I've seen that others have had similar experiences, many received offer letters, completed onboarding, and then never heard back from BKP again. read more

The best security service around! Very professional, friendly and reliable. Definitely hire them again!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Black Knight does not hold up their end of the deal. They did not provide the service we agreed upon. The first month was great. After that, I no longer recieved reports. I hired them to patrol our property. They sat in front of our cameras the entire time. On top of that, they try to sneak in charges. Please do not waste your time. Such a Scam! read more

Absolute disappointment. It's incredibly disappointing to know some companies don't value integrity. black knight being one of those businesses.dishonest, condescending and let's not forget rude. Don't hire them to provide security services. read more

No stars, what a joke, left numerous emails, even tried calling, this went on for at least a week, no response. I finally spoke to a young lady who said that the person I was trying to reach was in a meeting. I explained my situation and asked her to have Erick Ojeda contact me, she assured me that he would contact me as soon as he was out of his meeting, guess what no contact. I then contacted United Elite Security and spoke to James, who was far more attentive. I finally got to speak to Erick only after I called him to say that I chose United Elite over Black Knight. Take note, read your last reviews your company is slowing going down hill, perhaps your should be a little more professional. read more

Just wanted you to know that the guard we had today was BY FAR the best ODO I've had in the office. He was so accommodating, concerned for our safety and respectful of all the guards I've dealt with. Seriously we should've had him all along. Thanks again for watching over us read more

I've heard a lot of positive things about this company and its' impact on the community. Amazing and inspiring staff, follows PPE, Veteran and LEO friendly, best company I've seen so far. Give them a like and follow there page in IG, keep it going BKP. read more

EXTREMELY unhappy with our request to receive a qoute for a corporate event. It has been two weeks and no call back or proposal sent to us. The least the company can do is call or email us back and simply say, thank you but we are unable to meet your request. Also, let me add that this is after several calls to the company to follow up with our request. I would not recommend this company for any security services. read more

Disappoints me to rate them one star just because of one employee. All the rest of the guys are respectful and do their job right ! Some people seem to take their job way to serious !!! first of all your a security guard not a police officer! I just thank God the security guy Matt doesn't take care of our apartment complex anymore. I found him very unprofessional. One night he throughout a comment about arresting my boyfriend, and kept talking about my personal life like if it was anybody's business. (People should only speak if they know the facts) He felt he was able to set his own rules and well because of that I had about four other security's come to my unit and one of them felt it was right to start yelling at me . I strongly believe that , that night was so uncalled for especially because I wasn't in the wrong , and to top it off they never felt the need to apologize. read more

I was visiting a local spot called Donkey D's in Costa Mesa. I had had a rough week and the place was great. I went to use the restroom around closing time and my cousin/best friend was waiting outside fore me. As I walk out I see him being pushed by an Asian security guard that was working this place that night. Keep in mind I have no idea what is going on, so as I walk out and see this my immediate reaction was to tell him "Please don't push him" in a very calm manner. He keeps pushing him and turns around and tells me "Don't talk to me or I'll tase you" at this point I realize he has overstepped his boundaries and I say again calmly "please don't talk to me like that" he continues to push my cousin and then turns around and grabs me by my left shoulder and pushes me. I don't understand what the problem was and at the point where he laid his hands on me, I knew this was not ok. There are cameras outside of the establishment where this happened and they recorded everything. We are currently speaking to our attorneys and I hope this can be resolved otherwise. A great night, turned horribly due to poor security. He tried to abuse his power, and honestly I am very disappointed in how everything was handled. Please train your guards to handle situations correctly, especially with everything going on in the world at the Moment...violence is not the answer! read more

Very professional and community based security company. Innovating private security defiantly top 10 security company's in California

Met a couple of these fine men and women..super nice and respectful people. Highly professional and easy people to communicate with, especially Ojeda. Nothing but the best from this organization! read more

Black Knight Patrol had a contract to provide Miraleste Canyon Estates 8 guards per day. It was a 24 hour a day operation. We terminated their services for lack of coverage and overbilling on a regular basis. The management of this company does not fulfill their contractual obligation and their management does not provide communication. Our contract was $600,000.00 per year and the account manager has no security experience. He came on 2 months after we signed the agreement. The upper management Manual Jimenez, Ed Salaz, Christopher Payne and Elvis Gomez would not come to the table to address our concerns. We tried on a regular basis to meet with them and they would not come to the table. Look elsewhere for your security needs! read more

Outstanding service by Black Knight Patrol. West Hollywood is always chaotic on Halloween with so many crazies! BKP was on their game protecting all the attendees and particularly the Abbey and its patrons. The Entire team was helpful to everyone and did a great job making sure everyone enjoyed the night. Thank you to Manuel Jimenez and his team at Black Knight Patrol for your service to our community. Highly recommend this team! read more

Hired this company for the first time for an event yesterday. 2 guards showed up 30 minutes late and the 3rd never showed up. No one answered the phones, urgent messages, emails. 24/7 phone is not a 24/7 line because no one answers and no one returns messages. To top it off one of the two guards was no where to be found for almost two hours. Don't understand what happene. This company had been highly recommended to me. read more

We used Black Knight to help us with guest parking at a family birthday party. Our concerns were toward the large number of transients in the area who were vandalizing cars. The Black Knight officer who assisted us provided patrols of the streets where our guests parked both on foot and in his marked unit. The officer was professional in every way, making sure that the homeless in the area did not vandalize our guests vehicles or confront any of our guests as the left the party. As a police officer, I can say that I highly recommend the services provided by Black Knight Patrol. They were professional, both in looks and in their actions. I highly recommend Black Knight Tactical for your security needs. read more

I've lived in the Southern California region all my life and was very blessed to achieve my dreams of becoming an officer. As a Marine Vet and Police Officer I take pride in uniform appearance. I love visiting San Pedro for their delicious sea food. I see the black night patrol guards all the time and I must admit, they are by far the most professional guards I have seen in the region. They are squared away and have an impeccable uniform appearance. I've contacted Sec. Guard Ojeda on numerous occasions and I feel safe knowing he is a security guard. Great organization. read more

Sadly I signed a contract as a member of my HOA with these guys after seeing all of these rave reviews on Yelp to help enforce our community parking rules. This company for whatever reason never patrolled our community. I know because people have been parking in Guest spaces illegally for months now, no tickets issued or reports to the HOA. We contActed Black Knight on a weekly basis for updates and they failed to provide this. They showed up like twice in the entire time they were being paid by us doing actual nightly patrols for parking. Complete waste of time doing business with this company. Do not recommend and now I suspect these other Yelp reviews are fake. Do your homework and find another patrol company. Our experience with then was atrocious and we finally ended our contract with them. read more

Very professional and passionate employees! Definitely recommend to my friends, check them out.

couldn't be more disappointed with the owner himself outstanding ability to scam and lie and constantly avoiding paying is the balance due for over a month now for a service and product he got. very low morals and definitely not the way to conduct business and there for we wouldn't recommend anything they have to offer to anyone! we have a signed work-order that they won't pay. please expect legal action and we will update our review accordingly. too bad you have to give at-least one star in order to review. it's one star more than they deserve. read more

I had the pleasure of working with this company. It is a family environment, i can't begin to explain the tactics and professionalism that they use. They all work together as a team and unlike any other company I've ever seen they actually patrol and get the job done. You won't find low grade security here. They focus on quality over quantity. Literally 1 of their officers can do the job of 3 officers from any other security company! These guys and girls are very courteous to people. You know i think any of the officers here qualify for Supervisory positions and management. That's very impressive. All the training that they conduct is very extensive as well. I'm not usually easily impressed.... but Black Knight Patrol is definitely something to be impressed about!! I recommend them to all business owners, housing complexes, industrial facilities, night clubs, restaurants and everyone else in need of an outstanding patrol company. read more

You won't find Paul Blart, mall ninjas, or ex-probationers working here. Every guard I've encountered has been incredibly professional. You can tell the owner is former military by how sharp his staff is. Uniforms are always neat, the officers take good care of their appearance and have excellent command presence. You're not gonna get some ghetto clown wearing a juice stained untucked shirt slouching around your property. Highly recommend this company. read more

The men and women of Black Knight Patrol are some of the best, brightest, highly trained, friendly and professional security companies around. Their Director of Security, Manuel Jimenez, keeps his Team of officers highly trained and very well informed, so that they are able to perform their duties with care and confidence. This company takes pride in their employees and that directly effects the outstanding service they supply to their clients. Having personally worked with this company, you as the client dictate to the officers what you would like done, and without hesitation the task set to them is seen to full completion. Unlike many "rent-a-cop" Security companies, Black Knight Patrol tailors its services to each client. From armed guard escorts, patrolling our city parks, protecting civic organizations, securing a rally or watching over your home owners association, Black Knight Patrol is and should be your go to for your safety and security needs. Part of a job is looking the part, and they do. Officers always look organized and put together. This company will even tailor a specific look to fit each clients needs. All-in-all, going above and beyond is commonplace in their work ethic. "Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much"-Helen Keller read more
