They accepted my package. UPS tracking shows that. They "sent it back". They have no tracking number for the "returned" item and cannot give me any information. The store I purchased the items from hasn't received the item back, and UPS doesn't have the tracking associated with any return. More.... When I received email that it had been delivered I asked and asked the place if they'd receives it. The man answering was so out out to even have to talk to me and said he wouldn't look. Standing at the place, which is not very large, it would not have been difficult to check.... The woman working today that can't answer any questions seems very angry as well and not very friendly. So many packages lost -very unprofessional -rarely open on time & the new owner is a joke. They always try to blame lost packages on Amazon when some come from ups. This business needs to be shut down, the owner is an extremely rude lady that over charged is by $8 and ended up charging us $20 for a shipment that was only $12 as per Fedex. When my brother called her to find out about this discrepancy, she was not only hostile and rude but also very non co-operative. Went to get digital photos, but the photos were taken using a low quality digi cam and the photos were blurred. I told that the blurry pictures but the lady was harsh in her tone and said they are perfect , I guess she is turning bad with here eye sight. The pictures were so bit pixelated and blur. Not sharp as a photo should be!!! But still charge $6.40 per photo. I didn't make an argument but just left with the shitty pictures. The lady who runs the shop is wonderful. I can't recommend this place more highly. I got passport photos done here and they were SO much cheaper than CVS. I paid a bit over $10 for four photos (they come in multiples of two). I think CVS was charging $13 for two photos. She was so patient and friendly when taking my photo, advising me on my facial expression and head tilt and even showing me the photo to let me redo it if I pulled a terrible face. But when I went there, the lady who was assisting a group of retired people with their will actually asked me to sign the will for the seniors as a witness, because they didn't have a third party available to sign it for them on the spot. That's going beyond customer service I think? I would agree that the mailing service is definitely not for the people in a hurry on some occasions. I visited Global Mail to have a new passport photo taken. I'd originally planned to have some done at the nearest Duane Reade, but the price drove me away ($11 per print, and you can't take home the digital file? Uh, hell to the no). Vidya was sweet and conversational, taking my photo several times until a shot actually looked good. I should also mention that this took place right at/slightly past closing time on a Saturday--she was kind enough to complete the process, rather than closing the door in my face at 4:58pm. She charged me $6 for the first two prints, plus $5 for the digital file so that I can now print more as needed. Most reasonable deal I've been able to find in Jersey City! The only reason I didn't give Global Mail five stars: she used a hand-held, point-and-shoot camera with a bright flash, which (of course) made all the photos of me look pretty unattractive. A higher quality camera on a stand would have been preferred, but considering the fact that most of the world will never see/care about these photos, the speed, customer service and price were worth it. read more

I went here for passport photo. The lady has no talking skills. The passport photo was for my 4 year old son. It had glossy light on the hair. The hair looked white. I told her this will not be meeting the requirement . But she told that this is how i give passport photos. I cannot do anything. When a service is opened basic photo editing skills should be done. WOW WOW WOW. This is THE worst business I've EVER walked into. When I arrived to the building, the lights looked turned off from the outside.. therefore, I waited outside, rang the doorbell and knocked for about 20 mins and received no answer. I assumed the business was closed. A man walked out of the door and I asked him "is this where one goes to get fingerprinting done?" and he said no.. so I continued to wait outside. After about 20-30 minutes of waiting and calling.. I finally decide to just walk inside and the second I step foot into the door, the business owner Vidya starts screaming at the top of her lungs calling me an "idiot", "stupid", and a "dumbass" because she saw me waiting in front. She screamed "WHY WERE YOU RINGING THE DOOR BELLS FOR SO LONG AND KNOCKING, IT PISSES ME OFF WHEN PEOPLE ARE SUCH AN IDIOT." I proceeded to tell her "I'm sorry, it looked closed from the outside but I'm here now and there's no reason to be so disrespectful because I'm being very polite" and she replied "I'VE BEEN RUNNING THIS BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS, HOW CAN YOU BE SUCH A F***ING IDIOT" and continued to yell at the top of her lungs, calling me names, and kicked me out. I drove 40 mins to get there, paid toll, wasted gas, and drove 40 mins back home... all for nothing because she didn't even help me. She actually never even asked me what service I needed because that's how quick she was to curse me out. My blood was boiling. I cannot believe that this business owner had the audacity to treat a customer with such discourtesy and lack of respect. My question is... if she saw me ringing and knocking for those 20-30 mins.. why wouldn't she open the door or come get me? After seeing me there for even 5 mins, she could've said "Hi, we're open, is there anything you need help with?" and that literally would've avoided the entire situation. Today was my first attempt to go to this store to have my packages returned. because of the worst customer service experience i had, i would never ever want to even look at this store. The lady that was at the store today was very inconsiderate and very rude. This was my first time returning a furniture package. They were 1 XL large box, 2 large boxes, and 1 small box, they were tables and chairs inside. I asked the lady and approached her nicely if i can bring my boxes inside for return, she said of course. Now, when all of the boxes were inside, she told us that she cant hold the boxes at the store for the day. I asked her when will these be picked up, she said by 6:30pm today. I asked her if she can just consider holding my packages since they were all taken out of the car already, they're heavy and it's raining outside, As far as i can see there's still space left at the side of the store if she was just a little considerat.
