I ordered wine in Southern CA and the store choose this company to deliver the order. I was told that it would be delivered 12/16 and an adult needed to be home to sign for the package. I called to reschedule to 12/17 in the evening so I could arrange to be home. I rearranged my schedule, stayed home and even made sure that I didn't have the TV on loud so I could hear them and all of a sudden I get a text that they tried to deliver and no one was home!! There was no way that they knocked on the door. I called their customer service and was told that they could not deliver the package because they had not received it yet!!!! Then, how did they try to deliver it (see above). I once again arranged for 11/19 in the evening. 5 minutes after I got off the phone, I received an email saying that my package was scheduled for delivery 11/19 morning - WHAT how? Called again and rescheduled for 11/19 evening. On 11/18 morning, I got an email that my package was to be delivered that day. At this point, I think I am being pranked, how is it possible that a company will mess up so many times. I called once again and was told that if delivery was unsuccessful on 11/18, they will of course try on 11/19 - the day I asked for!. I tried to be home by 3pm on 11/18 and at around 4 I get a text that delivery was unsuccessful because of a road closure. There were no road closures that day at all, I got home without an issue so which road was closed. This was followed by an email that delivery was unsuccessful because no one was home!! Unbelievable. 20 minutes later at around 4:20pm, I got a text that the package had been delivered at 6:20pm THAT DAY. They delivered it in the future??? Another call and the rep. says - of course it was not delivered, we will deliver tomorrow. I make myself available ALL DAY and at around 4:30 my dog walker walks in with the package that had been left outside and a J Lee had signed for it. Who is J Lee?? No one that I know. By this time, I really needed that glass of wine. I am shocked by the conduct, the service and that fact that they are still in business - I read the rest of the reviews on Yelp - mind blowing indeed. read more

Worst courier service. Incompetent. Not proactive, no transparency. Never makes an effort to reach out by phone. Cannot follow instructions regarding gate codes. The only consistency is they will NOT deliver. To call this service subpar would be an understatement. read more

If I could give GLS a 0 star rating I would. Their customer service is atrocious, they've now lost 3 of my packages, and when they actually do deliver my packages, their delivery drivers can't even get that right! PLEASE AVOID USING GLS!!! THEY ARE TRASH! read more

Global Logistic Solutions - They say the package is delivered, but then it says it's missing. FIGURE IT OUT!! - Shipping Centers Near Me - Hayward, California

These bozos keep lying about delivering my package at work. Our loading dock and security team would check the surveillance cameras for me on the date/time they claim it was delivered, but nothing. Last time they said they delivered my package on a Saturday, but our loading dock is closed on the weekend. Not sure how legal it is to forge signatures and then steal packages but not a good way to conduct business. If you are a business in need of a courier service definitely don't use these POS. read more

We ordered an outdoor coffee table. They show up, there is one single stair and they tell us they cannot deliver the product to our backyard. Now we have a 300 pound package that we need to hire movers to move 20 ft to the correct location. In addition, the delivery person, hit our gate with their dolly and broken the gate into pieces--then lied about it. Thankfully we have it on our security camera, but it's been a huge pain to get resolved. read more

Calling the service this company provides PATHETIC would be generous, as much as having to give them one star (because zero is not allowed). My deliveries require a signature. Shipping labels have my phone number on them, and the entry to my apartment complex has simple instructions for use of gate codes to reach tenants (just in case a phone number on the label is too challenging). Most of the drivers DO NOT FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. Instead, they drive away and then send a text message which states they could not get a signature for delivery. I could see the entry way to the complex at the time they sent the text, and they were nowhere to be seen. They also do not update status in their app with enough regularity to trust it. Their drivers who speak English do not cause any issues, only the ones who grin at you when you speak English to them, which is immediate recognition they did not understand a word that was spoken to them, and a clear indication that instructions must be in whatever their first language is. If this were a single instance, I would not write this review. This has occurred more than a dozen times over the past three years, and they have wasted HUNDREDS OF HOURS of my time with their complete lack of quality. As long as vendors use them for shipping of their products, they get paid. As long as they get paid, they have little incentive to improve their service. Only by putting a financial squeeze on these twits is there any hope of forcing them to be responsible. It is nearing the point that I must discontinue the long-standing relationship with the shipper due to the problems I continually encounter with GLS. read more

Their drivers are breaking FEDERAL laws by signing for packages they are delivering. The products I ordered are to be signed by a person 21 years or older who resides at the residence. This could have gotten in the hands of a minor. I have proof that their drivers are signing on my behalf and delivering it to my mailbox which is illegal. I will be reporting this to the authorities. Do not use this company if you can help it. Their Hayward branch is full of incompetent employees who routinely break laws. read more

Very bad service. They do not follow directions at all or instructions on delivery They pass by the address with no attempt to deliver and just take note that they tried to attempt. Most of these guys do not speak English and do not understand what you tell them. This is my 5th time, with failed delivery. I do not recommend GLS. read more

BEWARE OF UNSCRUPULOUS WAREHOUSE - STAY AWAY! This is a SCAM! Our experience with GLS was absolutely awful! Our contract indicated that our monthly storage cost would go down as the inventory reduced. Instead, they actually increased our monthly spend even though our inventory was going down! Our contract clearly outlined that we would be charged storage per standard pallet but they stored our inventory in their custom "cages" instead and billed us per cage at their discretion. Some cages would contain only 1-2 cartons but they refused to consolidate. When we raised this issue with them, no explanation was provided. In addition, the monthly invoice was never accurate - they would include random charges and would then remove after we pointed that out. Worst of all, they made several errors on our shipments which was not acceptable. The owners work other full time gigs and run this purley as a side hustle. They have ZERO knowledge of how to manage a logistics company and have left the operations to lower level staff who are even MORE CLUELESS! During the last month of our service with them, they completely stopped responding even though we were still paying them. Extremely UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID at all costs and don't waste your time and money. read more

What a s***show! Had an envelope scheduled for deliver with signature required and never received package as company put signed by front door...never received..Had a second package sent from shipper who chose to use same company and was received by the local delivery office at 448am PST, Ontario CA and contacted them and they were unsure of the whereabouts of the envelope containing a check in a sizable sum and than a technician I spoke with search the warehouse and found the envelope, now company wants to deliver a day later due to their own mishandling for the second time! I know there are more reputable shipping companies that can handle the delivery of a simple envelope out there! Would use this company ever personally! read more

This is my FIFTH COMPLAINT about your deliveries!! Why is it always delivered so darn LATE! And why doesn't your delivery driver note on the website THAT IS HAS BEEN DELIVERED!! We live in a huge, four-story apartment building and we cannot SEE the mailroom from our apt. I, a senior citizen, have to walk all the down to the mailroom, with a wagon because the box is so heavy, to check and see if it's here. If it's NOT here, which is usually the case, I have to trudge back and forth and back and forth until it comes!! It is 14 frozen meals for my disabled son and they needs to be refrigerated right away!! So for the FIFTH TIME, could your driver note on the website WHEN THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED??? The previous delivery they didn't put ANY delivery time down. And before that they put a time down that was NOT the time it was delivered. They entered the time as 11am, when it was actually delivered around 5pm?!? What kind of deliver company are you?? read more
