I am an individual who enjoys eating at various establishments of all types (sans fast food chain establishments) and have no problem with paying higher prices for quality experiences. My personal experience stands that it was good, but not worth the cost. Had it been superior quality in comparison to other establishments and brands, I would have credited it as such. However- that being said, the customer service demonstrated through the review response demonstrates a lackluster quality in other parts of the business. As a leader/manager, especially one who deals in customer relations, one should consider feedback of all types in order to improve quality and future business performance. When I first walked in it was not what I expected, I was expecting a market with coffee in bulk containers and that did the coffee roasting for show. This place is an actual business that roast coffee and sells it to the local shops. So they only had bags of beans on display. The benefit to this is you get high quality beans with numerous verities to choose from. The lady that helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable, I got the feeling that she could talk about coffee all day and she gave some great recommendations. The smell of this place is amazing, it is truly a coffee lovers delight in there. The price for the beans was also very good for the quality that you are getting. If you buy 2 or more bags it's $11 dollars a bag. Overall this is my new go to place for when I am looking for gourmet coffee beans.
