They make sound recommendations for tanning times and necessary products to maximize your time and $$. For those who are uneducated or new to indoor tanning, ALWAYS USE A QUALITY LOTION FROM A SALON! Online products are NOT the same and oils should NEVER be used inside as it actually damages the acrylic on the bed!! You MUST use a verified tanning lotion, keep your skin hydrated and rely on the product to boost that natural melanin production in your skin.
