I've been very pleased with the current staff (since it became "Honey"). I usually just get pedicures, and they always last at least a month, usually longer. The place is clean and the chairs are comfortable. It's large enough that I'm never bothered by the conversations of other customers when I'm wanting to read and relax. I like the Chinese music they play sometimes, and it's not too loud. I used to be able to walk in at any time without an appointment, but the place seems busier now. I think positive word-of-mouth is bringing in more people. Good for them! But this does mean you have to wait sometimes. I would advise making an appointment.

I picked out my nail color and relaxed while the esthetitian performed the pedicure. She was very nice and did a fabulous job. This is a spacious and very clean and well decorated nail salon which offers many services at reasonable prices. Plenty of parking in lot. I recommend and will return.

Again, an unprofessional establishment.

It was really good and very caramel-y We were brought back to our hour massage where Sharna worked her magic. She did a good job hitting every knot. When it was time to lay face up, she adjusted the bed, so there was a slight incline and put a nice warm towel over my eyes. It was definitely a relaxing experience. We then took turns with our facials, and Dahlia did a great job! It was just an express facial, but it was very relaxing with a nice neck and shoulder massage. There is a warm towel on the face in neck, which made it even better. There was a little in between time for our pedicure set up, so we chose a bottle of wine then moved onto our pedicures where we sipped and chatted. We had a nice lemon pedicure with jelly, which I've never had before, and it was very relaxing. It felt weird putting your feet into the gel, but it was so squishy and fun. We were able to choose our nail polish from the extensive variety. We then ended our day with a large charcuterie, board, with a display of nice meats, cheese, crackers, and cookies and the rest of our bottle. Overall, that was a great experience, and I would definitely come back! It's definitely something you may need to budget, or as some of the packages and prices are little outrageous, considering what the menu prices were à la carte The services themselves were excellent, however, I only give this establishment 4 stars due to the miscommunication and discrepancies in the pricing I had to continuously call to fix. I specifically explained that this was for my wife's birthday, and and had a specific price range, I was told by one of the staff that I couldn't customize services and make it a package. Although the services were great, the communication lacked a little bit.

At the end of the service, it was noticed that my roots didn't match the rest of my hair vibrancy (it's ginger so not shocking). The…read moreman answering the phones is completely non-service oriented and comes across as totally uninterested in servicing his clients. Several times I made appointments expecting to see the technician I booked with, only to arrive and be handed off to whoever happened to be available. What's the point of making an appointment if it isn't honored? Why not tell the customer the technician is unavailable? Unfortunately, every time this has happened, my experience has been extremely disappointing. My nails were rushed, cut far shorter than I requested, each nail had varied lengths & shapes and on more than one occasion my skin was actually cut during the service. I left unhappy and frustrated after giving them multiple chances to get it right. It's been my experience that the customer service, consistency, and basic care seem to be lacking here. There are too many good salons out there to waste your time and money on a place that doesn't value its customers. I will say Sammy is awesome, but unfortunately, you don't get the same quality from the other nail technicians.
