It's not easy to get naked (except for a paper thong) with someone you've known for less than 5 minutes, but Heather was a complete professional. She made it easy to understand the entire process and guided me through the appointment with aftercare instructions as well. I didn't have any streaking or uneven areas. I just wish my legs had come out darker. They are still fairly pale. That being said I am a fair person by nature, red hair hair and freckles so I'm sure she didn't want to go too dark as it would look unnatural. I will ask her to go darker on the legs for my next visit, since I definitely plan on returning.

I am a bit baffled by my experience with this salon. In August, I came in with the expectation to…read moredo a couple of sessions before moving out of state. The representative suggested that I do a monthly membership because it's "more economical" - I told her that I didn't want to do this because I often forget to cancel, and she told me that she would put a note on my account to cancel the membership so I wouldn't have to remember this. Fast forward a few months and I realize that in December I was still being charged. I called and spoke with a representative who told me she could see the note in the account, but that I'd always need a signed copy of cancelation and they can't just cancel memberships. I told her I was out of state and how do we facilitate this? She told me she'd speak to a manager and get back to me. No one ever called. I then sent an email through the corporate website explaining the issue and I still never heard back! We are now in February, and I am STILL being charged a monthly membership. I called again the Westport salon today to try to cancel my account, and the manager very abruptly told me (after putting me on hold) that she was too busy to talk to me. She then snapped that she talked to corporate about me and it's their job to call me and cancel my membership. She was very rude and abrasive and refused to even understand what I was saying. She then told me to come into the salon to cancel, refusing to hear me when I told her again that I moved across the country! This was all a bit shocking - a true "bait and switch" case and I would be very wary of signing any contract with this company.

Again, an unprofessional establishment.
