I did not see a difference. When I asked about cancelling my contract, I signed up for EFT monthly, I was told I was locked in for 6 months regardless of lackluster results. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the giel was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. Although, she did twll me not to tan my face and to put full spf on, which I thought was strange. This is the first tanning salon I'd ever been too, so I thought this was normal. But now that I've been to two other salons, with the same tanning lotion, I know that Glo is subpar and do not recommend it.

They always are very helpful when I ask questions and even gave me a recommendation for which color is right for my skin at each time of year to look the most natural since I'm a very pale red head. (I use medium clear in the winter and dark clear in the summer and get so many compliments!) Sometimes the machine wouldn't start and I'd have to pop my head out to ask for help and the girls are always really nice and quick to help restart it. I usually come in kind of close to closing like 15 minutes but they always still let me tan and have never seemed annoyed by it. I really like it here and plan to keep coming! I do wish they updated their hours a little better for holidays and things like that but I just call ahead to find out and they let me know. Highly recommend for spray tans.

I made my decision off her recommendations. I really don't have much knowledge of tanning. But I am excited to see the results. I found the business to be clean and overall a good experience.

I waited 30 minutes then left. She gave me an extra session to make up for it but it just dragged out my time there and I'm glad I'm done now. Okay so here's the tea. I don't usually go tanning but this was free tan weekend and I decided to…read morego twice. The first time was extremely pleasant and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The second time, the staff was just as great but I saw this one lady(a customer) act absolutely despicable towards the girl at the front desk. I don't know what her issue was but she was extremely horrible and condescending. I felt so bad for the girl that had to deal with it, and she did so with class and patience. So thank you Tommy's staff for being so great and I'm sorry you have to deal with such horrible clientele.
