This is crazy I waited 20 minutes just so they can turn the bed for me because two of them were dealing with a 1 costumer and when I asked if one of them can just turn bed for me quickly I got twice rude response. I bed. Coming for over 10 years with the most expensive plan . read more

Beds are not being cleaned in between sessions and customer service has plummeted. As a customer for over ten years, definitely disappointing to see. read more

Upon signing up, on 11/25, I was told that the recurring charge that I agreed to pay- would be billed again on a monthly basis and that I needed to cancel before February or I would be charged again. My card was just charged another $83- which is complete BS. being a person aware of every penny that I spend- and agree to spend-- I am quite angry. Being told that I would have had to come to the salon to cancel my membership doesn't sit well with me either- being that the entire reason for my tanning was to prepare for a three week vacation- therefore- had the details been told to me ---I would have to cancel before my vaca return or be charged again- I would have done so at my last trip to the salon. Deceit or mistake- it wasn't mine. read more

I signed up for a free week to see if I would be interested in purchasing a membership considering all of my friends have memberships and bring in a lot of business. I came prior to my 24 hours to tan so I was asked to wait 20 minutes which I understood. the salon was busy so I didn't say anything when my time was up nor did the other customers who came early as well. as I was waiting each persons named got called who had been there for not as long as I had. before I got to ask when I could go the women working came out from cleaning a bed and yelled "the reason you are waiting is because you didn't get up to put your name in again." keep in mind none of the other customers had to do this and also I was unaware of the procedure because this is my first experience tanning. the women then proceeded to yell at me that there is nothing she can do about it in a nasty tone and told me to leave and wait because it will be a while even though she had known I had already been waiting and knew my situation. I am not one to leave a review I tried to remain calm and kind but this women made me feel so uncomfortable in a place that I was looking forward to relaxing. I understand people have rough days but she was absolutely disgusting towards me so I left without receiving a service. The other workers are kind but this one women ruined the whole experience for me and my friends and we will not be going back which is unfortunate. read more

The staff is very pleasant. I'm happy with most everything with two huge exceptions. 1) The floors are perpetually filthy. It's so bad that I'm sometimes loathe to take off my shoes. But I have to and I resent it when I have to tiptoe through bits of mud or someone's hair. I really want to know why they constantly overlook the floor when they spray down the rooms. It's not THAT busy. 2) I saved the worst for last: the customer bathroom is a horror show of feces and blood left to dry in the toilet and on the floor. The corners have black soot in them and the sink looks like they took it, unwashed, from an nyc bus station. Please do better and take more pride in your business. read more

Best tanning spot in CT!! So clean and they provide you with eye goggles. Best tan consultants - educated, they know your name, they get to know you, and they make you feel right @ home. Had to add a review at this location as I wrote one about the awesome staff at the Westport location. Complete opposite experience with the staff here....as a newer customer & still not familiar with the spray tans levels & lingo I felt like some staff didn't have a clue themselves as to what they were talking about. Almost standoff-ish & aggravated to answer questions....left me having to figure out which level/color spray tan I wanted & hope that it came out well. Still getting used to the Versa (used to use a Mystic) it would of been helpful for the staff to walk you through everything again even though the machine does again, I am comparing my experience to Westport where they went above & beyond! read more

I go to Palm Beach tan for weekly spray tans and I love them. They are even, not orange, and they give you options including clear, bronze, levels 1-3, color tones, and acceleraters. They really are the best tans I've ever gotten. While I did have an incredible experience with an associate at the Stamford location, I have had continually bad experienced with the associated working at Palm Beach which have really turned me off. The sales associate in Stratford tried so hard to upsell me that she actually lied to me to get me to spend more money. I went in asking how much 1 spray tan costs, and she said they are normally 45 but that today there is a 3 for $45 special. So I agreed to purchase that only to later find out that there was also a monthly special for only $35 for UNLIMITED tans for a month!! After she I found out, she got really red and changed my purchase for me...because I had caught her trying to upsell me. Only to THEN rudely push me to buy bronzers and primers and almost aggressively tell me it would be stupid not to. This is not unusual to my experience here, but this was definitely one of the more extreme days. Overall - good tans for a good price IF you are lucky and go in there while there is a special going on, but horrible staff etiquette and they don't try to hide it. If you want a more relaxing, spa-like experience, stick to a boutique or Miami if there's on near you. read more

Very disappointed. Had always used this location almost 2 years. I always brought my 12 year old she would wait in the lobby while I sprayed. I have a 6month old now that my daughter helps me with. Never had an issue until last night. I dtove 30 min and was told immediately my children could not be there without an adult. There sign states 9 and under bed to be attended. I told them my daughter is 12 and she will be holding lily wgo can't even crawl and i also have a car seat she straps into. They told me that the 12 could stay and she can't watch my daughter that i needed to leave. I was horrified. I will never return and cancelled membership read more

I was not happy with this place at all. I was offered a month unlimited and was charged for a membership! The owner was very rude to me and i let it go and decided to stay anyway. The tanning beds are great, i have to admit, but the customer service is not the best. I would love to go back here but i refuse to be treated the way i was, especially by a owner!!! read more
